I am never ordering from AbeBooks again. First, I didn't know that they are an Amazon company, or I would not have placed an order in the first place. But. I didn't know. I ordered a book on September 21st. Where I live takes a minute for books to arrive, I get that. But. They didn't ship it until October 21st. And had the nerve to send a fake tracking number showing that it would be delivered on... OCTOBER 11th. As it is November 12th, and I've not yet received my book, I believe that they were telling the truth and I can expect it next year. So many lessons learned. But I've not had this experience with other used book dealers. I will use the others going forward.
