PLEASE PLEASE employ reporters who can speak clearly and smoothly. Because um it is um really annoying um um and um distracting um if they um say ‘um’ all the time! I won’t mention names, but there are clearly a few reporters who need to focus on improving in this um area. Um, thanks!
