If I could put a 0 I would. Ive never written a bad review ever but this was the first time in my life that I had such an absolutely horrible experience purchasing anything. Guitar center shipped me the wrong amp which arrived in a joke of a package and the box hanging half way open. The amount of people I then had to speak to who had no idea what happened was ridiculous, then they decided that I had to go out of my way and drive 45 minutes to take this incorrect amp to one of their locations, and when I arrived the store manager stated "He didn't want this amp in his stock and I should have just received a label" so I had to call back online and have them figure it out. After I got my refund they told me I wasted my time and wouldn’t get the correct amp. To add insult to injury after I get home I realize I only got refunded a partial amount and had to call online support again. I cannot express how bad this whole outcome was. I’ve never had my week ruined that bad ever. Please save your sanityand never shop at guitar center. Shop anywhere else.

Okay product, terrible support. Product is missing basic features available on all nearly all competitive products and substituted with their own paid versions of these things. I submitted a support ticket, they mistakenly closed it with a responds to another ticket. They CANNOT reopen the ticket they closed 20 minutes prior, they say its impossible. I sincerely doubt this, and what is the point of a ticket system you can't fix a mistake you made in. Now they had to make a new ticket with the same priority and they will not escalate it to get a response on the original timesline, so 2 whole days wasted waiting for a response and the response was just them doing nothing and closing the ticket... Security fabric is a bad joke. Many things that are very simple on competitive firewalls are complicated on a fortigate.

There's no doubt there's monetary gain involved. You couldn't possibly consider yourselves to be one of the best in your buisness. The past couple months listening to your reporters, " and I use that term loosely" I honestly had thought at one point, how do they wake up in the morning and look at themselves in the mirror and think what they're doing is right? What is it that you people are gaining by the derogatory one-sided reporting that you do? Are you people so overpaid, so out of touch with reality, with a sense of entitlement that you can report these nasty derogatory insults you dumped on half of the Americans? What were you people like as children? who raised you? Honestly where is your integrity? My father was a lifetime military man, and had I ever spoke about people whether they were black white, Republican Democrat, anything of the kind, he would have whipped my butt based on principle which apparently you folks have none of. I may not rise to your standard of living. But you'll never rise to my standards. I'm grateful that I do not have the financial means to which you folks obviously have, because it couldn't possibly be anything other than money that makes you the Savage heartless people that you have become. My advice is to grab a dictionary and look up the word integrity because apparently the word is lost on all of you.

Booked a room at the Hatherton Hotel through Agoda. I paid for bed and breakfast. When I arrived they said there was no food provided. As I was on public transport, it was a long walk on a narrow winding road to get anything to eat. The hotel has been used to house asylum seekers and DSS people. Cars appeared to be stored in the main function room. I think it's now burnt down. Response from Agoda - nothing! No refund No apology Nothing. I will never use agoda again....

I signed up for a free trial and used Dropbox for a few months before noticing that I wasn't really needing it. I went to their website to cancel my plan, but couldn't find any way to do this. I chatted with a representative online who kept sending me unhelpful links, even after I explicitly told them what I was trying to do. I asked 5 times for a phone number to speak with someone about canceling my plan and they ignored me every single time. I called the number they had online 4 times, choosing 4 different options and each time led to a dead end. I STRONGLY recommend that you do not use Dropbox.

Most of the time I really love amazon, as it has literally everything ,but its when they do stuff like this that drives me nuts.If you search "white fox" into amazon, it comes up with some very believable white fox hoodies. But I can tell from multiple factors that these are fake.1. If this was real, the title would be something like "White fox hoodie, pink". But instead it is "Women's Graphic Hoodies Oversized Hoodie Letter Print...."2.I have seen lots of reviews that say that the fabric is wrong and the lettering is flat and wonky.3.The creator is not white fox in amazon, it is the "Tompassion store"4.The label does not say white fox.This has happened to many items in amazon and it is really frustrating if you think you have simply got a bargain, but when it comes it is all wrong.I have even emailed White Fox about this.

The worst experience of buying anything online. This website should be shut down. I'm surprised it's owned by Amazon as they seem to accommodate scammers. I've lost £50. Their scam seems to be putting in a long date so you need to wait ages. Then they will continue to plead innocent. They will also print off wrong address to Fedex not allowing you to contact fedex. Despite the order saying 7-20 days and it already "being delivered" they allow the company to put down 8th of august. I ordered on the 9th of July.Sales Order # 736943519
