Do not trust for next day delivery

I had a very important document that I needed couriered for next day delivery from UK to France. UPS mis sorted the package, then couldn’t find it and missed the delivery numerous times. I eventually got the package back after 4weeks. Because of this we suffered considerable financial loss and other implications. UPS would even refund the delivery charge let alone offer compensation. This company is NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Terrible customer service and they make it far too complicated to disable the automatic renewal. I have tried for ages to do it but the directions they give on the website point to settings which don't even exist. Fortunately my credit card on file has expired so they won't be able to continue to take my money.

Opened a glassdoor for employers account, was charged c £300 per month for candidates all over the world that were irrelevant to position we posted. Terrible ROI in trying to find new candidates when the quality of people in their database is so bad. Waste of time and money

Review of duolingo

Duo is going downhill.

I must say that I have become very frustrated with and disappointed in Duolingo. I did not study French in High School. However when stationed in France 1961/63 in the U.S. Army I learned just enough to find a restroom, order a meal and get directions. Later while in college I took 3 semesters of French, but could still only speak it on a grade scool level. I have two Citroens (French Cars) and when people come up to me at car events and begin speaking French I want to be able to converse with them. I started using Duolingo in 2018 and was very impressed with it and felt like I was learning quite well, but due to serious medical problems I took at least a one year break from studying with Duolingo. Since I recently came back I have been studying an average of about 20 hours per week and have become very disappointed. The format has completely changed and many of the sentences not only don't make any sense at all, but the English translations are complete gibberish in a manner that no half-way educated person would talk. When trying to translate Duo's French sentences into English, even if you know the English meaning of every word, Duo's English translations have more bad grammer than imaginable. I will admit that I paid nothing to use Duolingo, but I am currently looking at other on-line French courses even if they are not free.

Click bait trash journalism, 2-3 paragraphs identically repeated in the title, introduction, main body, picture figures, conclusion, etc. Comment section non-functional unless someone in the background isn't disturbed by your view i.e. nanny screeing, judging your opinion and deciding if it is valid for others. Bottom line - trash.

It is impossible to get in touch with themI did a scan and apparently I have hardware problems, which started about 1 year after, and also had another problem.My laptop was send it. The other problem was fixed, but not the secondI keep getting blue screen and and I finally figured out I have a hardwareproblem, and should contact themI would love to, if that was possible, but it isn´tI don´t know if it is different outside Denmark, but I will never recoomend this brandSince they can´t help me, because it isn´t possible to get in contact with them, I have to save up to get another

Honestly the website is stagnant. There are barely any new features added. It would be a great websites if it were the early 2000s but these people do not provide basic features like mass-deleting/clearing list. Also, the anime leaderboard is rigged since FMAB is constantly on top

Incredibly bad service

Incredibly bad service! I have this Yeti X microphone. It took me weeks of working with presets until it made only a decent noise (aka sound)... It was never good, but it had become usable. And today, all the presets inside my G Hub just disappeared, apparently after a software update. You can't imagine how bad this super expensive microphone sounds, but the G Hub thing (why do you need an extra software to just obtain a decent sound out of a mic?) is really the worst thing of it all!! But no, there is worse... and this is Logitech support! I called support and they came up with tons of excuses, like the author of the preset might have deleted it. Ah really? I had like 20 different presets downloaded, from different users, and all of them, in a matter of a minute, deleted them all and at the same time?And why Logitech is not able to make either the Yeti X microphone work, or to provide a decent preset? All of the default presets sound like... (you guess the word)!Now I have to go back to my 20 dollar cheap mic, that sounds 1000 times better than this big tank!Thanks Logitch for this bad service! This is what happens when we pay too much money because of a big brand name, while the products actually are of no worth at all. It's a great lesson about "marketing is everything". You don't need good products or good service in order to make a lot of money.Save your money! Don't put 200 dollar in a useless peace of (heavy) metal.

20k a year for our small company to have a CRM

Hubspot costs our company approximately 10x what our previous CRM charged at $25 a user. Granted we have a large volume of contacts we use for prospecting and they charge based on contacts. For the amount we pay the platform is really quite bad. (for any amount over a few dollars a month I'd feel that way). I'll touch on the issues one by one. Functionality - as other users have eluded to there was little to no thought put into how the actual experience would be for sales professionals. Many seemingly basic functions are impossible. You can't prioritize "tasks" or filter the view to show different fields. Try pulling a "list" of something simple i.e "Contacts with tasks that are past due" basically anything having to do with tasks. Which is the lifeblood of many sales reps. The workflows seem like they would provide limitless possibilities, but when you get into it there are roadblocks everywhere. Plus they just break sometimes.Service - Got something you need help with? It's probably not possible but not to worry! Just log it in their product suggestion forum. It's the equivalent of those trash cans that say "complaint department" on them except less funny. I don't blame the individual agents. It's clearly a high level issue. Similar to other reviews I've got about 15 tickets all of which were resolved with a resounding "...welp". The data outage - that sucked. Lost about a weeks worth of work at the end of a quarter. But our investors totally understood. We just told them Hubspot was "super sorry" and they were like "oh, well in that case..." /s It also just loads really slow. Try opening like 4-5 tabs in hubspot contacts or something. And you will have to do this, because they really don't provide a lot of data until you click into things. So you have to open multiple tabs at once on the regular. All in all I can't stress enough how bad this has been for our sales team. I will say that marketing seems to like it. Its hard to be good at everything at once. Hubspot is clearly suffering from trying to do it all. They had a solid marketing platform, and saw an opportunity to upsell their clients into an all in one suite, and they missed the mark.

0 Stars : Terrible Laptop, Terrible Service, Inept and incompent "techs"

would rate a 0, If possible.A little Background : I have been using Dell laptops and desktops Since the Pentium 3 days, and currently have 3 Dell Precision Desktops, 2 precision laptops (with two more I just sold after they came off warranty), and a multitude of others. I am not a new customer, and have stuck with dell for years, even after getting burned on previous computers.EDIT I Forgot to mention I was a dell certified tech at one time, and serviced a hospital that had a sole contract with dell for patient room PC's. As such I normally was sent parts for my personal machines and allowed to replace them and keep my warranty. I have my own Small business account, and that is how I ordered this machine.I am officially done with dell, And will never purchase another machine from them.I ordered an Inspiron g5 5505 SE late last year. As Configured this laptop was over 1500USD once taxed and shipped out, This is the cheapest system I believe I have ordered from dell, and the absolute worst computer I have ever owned.It took two weeks to arrive, where on I went on holiday the day it arrived and was unable to verify and mess with the machine. I signed for the delivery, brought the box inside, and it sat there till the next month.The return window for dell is 30 days from order. Not receipt of Order, but from Order meaning it was no longer returnable.It blue Screened in 30 minutes, just downloading windows updates right out the box.There is constant mouse and DPC driver based lag on multiple bios versions, multiple driver versions etcThe Vbios, Bios had to be updated to keep it from shutting down under high load.It had to be re pasted to stop randomly powering off entirely. CPU temps are between 100-106 Celcius if you are using the GPU, or the CPU in any capacity ( like a game, or rendering, or compiling software) They also claimed that this is "normal" for a laptop.The system sends more than 100watts to the CPU, despite AMD stating the max is 54watts, even at light loads of 4-5% (idle cpu, but working the GPU and driver thread)Dell refused to honor a return because I have owned the laptop about 2 months. They refused to send a tech initially, or parts. This is despite having payed for the 2 year extended, next day on site service.The palmrest on this laptop hits up around 55C or so under load. This is too hot for a consumer device and renders the machine not really usable on a lap.The techs trying to trouble shoot it with you have never seen this laptop, apparently. They provide incorrect instructions on how to access dells ePSA report, incorrect information on how to set thermal profiles, incorrect information stating that the laptop does not support alienware software (but that software is even shown on the product page, preinstalled on the device AND is the ONLY way to control the thermal profile of the machine). I am honestly at a loss for words as to how bad this experience is.To add insult to injury the SKU I ordered is no longer available according to dell, So even IF I could exchange it for the same Laptop version, it would be lower specced (smaller battery, smaller NVME drive)This laptop is SO bad, I am using my 2008 Core2duo MacbookPro still instead, because it runs cooler, and longer, just doing basic tasks like MSoffice and youtube.Update:Immediately after posting my review here someone from Dell reached out and approved a return to the service depot. ( How nice... Never mind I first spoke to someone about these issues the 5th of January)This laptop was returned to the Dell service Depot, it took roughly one week for dell to "fix" They replaced the motherboard and fans. this appears to have fixed the overheating...However the laptop arrived back with sound not working, screws in the bottom cover stripped. Screws that hold the battery, the solid state drive, wifi card, part of the heatsink, and a few others on the system stripped to the point it's no longer possible to remove them making it impossible to service the laptop again. They also lost rubber isolators for the speakers.I am at day 6 on waiting for someone from their advanced escalation team to contact me. I was told this was approximately a 24-48 hour turn around time.I will wait about 2 more days, and if no progress has been made, I will just have to issue charge back via my bank.
