I have found these staff on here rude.i am so disgusted i ever spend a penny with this company. You buy for years using ur bank card but neve rone they ask for ID. But as soon as u want a return refun. This compnay tells u to send u ID if not they give ur items and refund. They tell u its a dded portection for refunds bur not when u use ur own card to place orders. Then they say u spending and ordeting too much and that red flags. What we had a baby so we must not order too much items as they discrinate us. Everyone needs to boycot this company and dont spend another penny. I will be seeking legal advice as i have asked many tines pks provide ur policies and procedures return, refunds and GDPR and confidentaily but nothing sent and questions ingonred. Pls screen shot ur chat log as they dont provide diguoe

I use Amazon a lot and am usually happy with them, but I am getting fed up with Amazon music and am thinking seriously of leaving. When using prime music I have twice been signed up for music unlimited at £9.99 p/m. I have to contact them which isn't easy, and they do refund the payment, but they should ask for confirmation to sign up. They make it too easy to accidentally do it and i'm sure they make a lot out of it as a lot of people cannot be bothered contacting them. Come on Amazon you're supposed to be customer centric. I usually like Amazon but this is underhand. Whenever I use prime music I have to decline unlimited. I cannot contact them with complaints, they make it very difficult.

I’d choose no stars if I could ! .. will never buy from these again ! .. tried to cancel within a day of ordering , to be told it had been dispatched , and would arrive between mid June to mid July ! .. turned up today , was going to return , but found I had to pay to send it back , even though it was free delivery ! .. terrible customer service !

I’ve hate this app now, after years of it being my first go-to news source. On a basic design level, the new look and protracted scroll is very poor. Not being able to swipe quicky left to right and back is a distinct disadvantage. I now use Sky News which is clearer and more relevant. As others have voiced I’ve lost a lot of confidence in the BBC’s TV news output compared to Sky and the Guardian, so maybe the refreshed app reflects something being amiss there.

AAA Road service is very Bad! Never come, waiting today from 7:30am is 11:44am no body come. I called to AAA, several la time, they don’t know when the Tow service can come. This is not the first time AAA do this, for me is Done, I will cancel the membership, if you need tow service AAA Can’t help

Always takes longer than the time they quote for the driver to arrive. I pay extra for the driver to get to me in 3 mins but it takes 10mins. But lyft never adjust the fee .. might as well choose wait and save if it's going to take the same time to arrive to me
