Customer service failure. I submit a ticket and explain that after 2 hours of scanning through the 'knowledge base', I can't find the answer to an important question. The customer service gets back hours later with a link to the 'knowledge base'! Absolutely frustrating for eLearning developers and IDs. I would not suggest onboarding any clients to Teachable. There are other alternatives with actual customer service.

I'm giving Envato one star because they refused to refund my accidental subscription just one day after purchase, despite me never using their services. I promptly emailed customer support explaining the situation, but they rejected my request without consideration. Their rigid refund policy and dismissive customer service have completely turned me away from their platform. Think twice before subscribing - they won't accommodate even reasonable refund requests made immediately after an honest mistake.

This company supports so-called content creators who engage in scams. Do not give them your money. I was scammed because they allow creators to demand upfront payments at the beginning of the month. I subscribed at the end of the month and got charged again on the 1sT. I tried contacting the creator about this without any success. Patreon is simply hiding behind their policies, insisting that I deal directly with the content creator who has not responded to me.

Twitter, in my opinion is the best social media platform that is available - everyone should tweet!I have been a member for some years now and they are extremely helpful should one come across any kind of abuse - which personally I have really only experienced once and they dealt with it quickly, so it is a safe platform to use.Never put up with any kind of abuse and it is very easy to report anything untoward.I would highly recommend Twitter as is very easy to use and not as complex as other rivals.
