THIS COMPANY IS KEEPING MY 15000$ FOR 4 MONTHS. First i thought its bad customer service, but now i can say for sure they just scamming you. On december first 2023 i received email from risk department asking some information, after i provided everything, they told me they get back to me. My money was on hold and I was operating. After some time when I didn't receive any response from them I stopped my business and started dealing with them. 100 CALLS, talked with a bunch of supervisors, they scheduled me for an appointment with the risk department team, guy’s name SERVIO ASTACIO, he missed several appointments and I had to call customer service to reschedule several times. He called me finally after 30 min talk and I provided statements, invoices, shipping tracking information. He promised me funds will be released in that week ( beginning of January). a couple weeks past no result, started calling again. Some supervisor told me the investigation is over, my account is closed and my funds will be released in 90 days. I asked for formal documents saying that my account is closed, I was told I should receive mail. Of course I didn't receive it. Started calling again after couple more weeks, they start telling me account still on investigation. I called them today to provide my information, they say they don't see any notes on my account. So basically they just dont want to release my funds. My chargeback rate when they put it on hold was 0.4% (5 chargebacks over 1400 orders). If you want to ruin your business and get your money on hold for years with no clear reason and with no ability to contact risk department, you should choose Clover.

I have purchased many many things from Amazon.ca and Amazon.com. I've had issues with some stuff but they are quick to fix any problems, they value their customers. I've gotten so many people addicted to this site. It's convenience, great products and extremely amazing customer service. It shocks me to see poor reviews. This is the one company I truly trust and recommend to anyone.

Barnes & Noble does a great job shipping orders. They send the normal shipping emails. In addition, they send an email to let you know the day before the order will arrive. On the day of the delivery, they send an email to let you know the package has been delivered.That is so helpful, because you're never left wondering, if the package has been delivered yet!None of my orders have ever disappeared. If one had disappeared, I would have been able to contact Barnes & Noble immediately.

I bought a Garmin Approach S1 watch two years ago - it uses GPS to give yardages to the greens when playing golf.The plastic strap broke. It is integral part of the watch with a wrap around design I contacted Garmin to get a replacement, to be told that they have stopped making these straps and that I "should just upgrade and buy a new £299 watch instead" !How can Garmin design a £200 watch that is regarded as useless once the strap breaks?

As a first time customer, I am so remorseful that I did NOT check out the ratings of this company prior to purchasing from their site. If I could give them minus 5*****, I would. I am truly shocked how such a well-known and popular company still exists with such substandard service. Note I did not include the word "customer", as I believe they do not value theirs. Warning!! You are wasting your time and money buying directly from their site, even if they lull you into thinking your items are on sale. Believe me, and the countless others who took the time to write an opinion, you are way better off spending your money and time using another retailer or discount site. Their "customer service" is a farce! Emails are sent into oblivion. And if you think calling them is any better, be prepared to be placed in hold purgatory. Not convinced yet? Speak to a "customer service" zombie, and you will literally want to rip your hair out by their attitude and indifference. Not that they would even bother reading any of this feedback. SHAME ON YOU CROCS!

This place was disgusting! My order was grossly inaccurate, they mixed up my cheese for rice, and my lettuce for black beans, my guacamole had onions in it, my steak was too spicy, and the atmosphere and seating were uncomfortable! I'm never coming back to this so-called "restaurant".

I’ve been a Nintendo fan since our parents bought us the SNES, then been buying my own consoles since the Gameboy Advance, I’ve never had an issue with the consoles until the Nintendo switch…First issue was joycon drift, I have never seen ANY company deny such a widespread issue as much as Nintendo did with drift! Only 6 months after buying the console! Games actually became unplayable! And Nintendos response? “Clean the joycon” or “buy new joycons”!? I ended up buying new joycons and a pro controller with absolutely no help or admittance of responsibility from Nintendo! Now I have had my left joycon not be recognised by the switch! It connects making the click and the screen graphic, but it isn’t connected and inputs won’t register! So I now can only use the pro controller and the right joycon!The second issue came a couple of years later when I first plugged my switch into a tv, something I hadn’t been able to or wanted to before as I had been living in shared accommodation, but when I finally got my own place I felt comfortable enough and was able to plug my switch into my brand new, top of the line Samsung tv… you may already know where I’m going with this, screen flickering! At first I couldn’t figure out what was going on, my Sky box had no issues, nor did my PS5 or XBOX, so it had to be something between the switch and the tv. After checking everything I could I jumped online to see if there was any kind of resolution only to find nothing on Nintendo website! But hundreds of posts elsewhere that this is yet another Nintendo problem that they just denied over and over! There were a few ‘fixes’ that helped, but I still get flickering, which is so bad in bright (usually snowy) or watery biomes I actually can barely do anything! At times the tv even registers the switch as being disconnected!Dear Nintendo, if you do not wish o get sued, fix this issue with the next console!

Charged my card and then tell me that my order is back ordered till January 29 but some how I can receive it Dec 29 if I pay some fee it will magically appear earlier. Never again, take your indian call center and shove it

Had to use this support when I changed phones because they got rid of all my account recovery options not tied to that phone. Used support to recover account and canceled the support immediately. That was over 6 months ago and I'm still getting charged every month even though I've canceled it multipul times. Don't fall into this trap just accept that your account it gone and make a new one with anyone else
