THE WORST . please do not get. im on month 4 of paying for the subscription and still not used it for what I was told I could use it for! Honestly avoid. They sell you it but as soon as you have it that's it. You have to have your members card details and fill it in yourself if they are on a different price bracket! doesn't make sense! who would want to openly give their card details to their instructor! I have given up with it - it's honestly awful!

An employee from our company set up the Mind Body software 12 months ago, but they have since been terminated. Unfortunately, we discovered that this individual registered themselves as the account owner. Following this inappropriate action, they proceeded to hijack our entire Mind Body billing platform and falsely claimed ownership.Despite providing Mind Body with a comprehensive array of documentation, including letters of incorporation, letters patent, invoices, legal documents, bank records, a driver’s license, and a passport, the platform still lists this former employee as the owner. Remarkably, this individual has not shared any form of identification with Mind Body.After days of trying to regain access, we are still locked out of our data, and the support team has regretfully informed us that they can take no further action. This situation is utterly unacceptable and severely detrimental to our operations.

The good thing about this company is how easy it is to do a transaction and how quick it is most of the time, only once out of the many many times I used the company did I have a problem that experience was not good customer service was bad but on the hole they are good.

I have ordered furniture from Wayfair. The majority are not as described or damaged. Sometimes their stuff mysteriously gets lost in transit. Our most recent transaction, and our last, involved a sofa table that had holes that did not line up. They tried to discourage a return by offering 20% off. I declined. Then they wanted me to send pics after I boxed the trash up. They the are charging me $28 to return their defective junk. I thinkk they knowingly ship junk and hope some sticks. I can see why this company is heading for Chapter 11. I am done with them.

I used Kayak to book flights to Canada. I thought I was booking with Air Canada but it was a third party. I thought it was booked and sorted. I then get a WhatsApp message late at night asking me for more money for my baggage. These messages were quite threatening. I get told there were two options, when there was not. This was not clear at all. I would not use Kayak ever again.

Worst facking experience ever. Keeps saying I need a code to verify who I am. So, I do as the usual people would and wait. 20min 30min 40min 6 hours later and still nothing. This is the sh1ttiest launcher I have used ever. I don't know why there is not a customer service phone number. it's all done over the computer, and it takes years.

I'm seriously considering switching to competitors like Foodpanda. Making a complaint is a nightmare—they do everything to prevent you from reaching a real person who is better equipped to solve customer issues. Their chatbot is terrible. I just received an order that wasn’t mine, and when I asked for a full refund, they were happy to offer me barely even 50% of my order. If real people were handling this, the problem would have already been resolved, but now I have to wait.
