This is the worst customer service…

This is the worst customer service ever, in fact I think it’s a scam. My son purchased a £50 gift card that has never worked. The balance shows as £50 but you cannot access it. Despite trying since JANUARY!! They still keep saying it’s ok when it clearly is not, I have contacted customer services over the matter over 30 times, but you constantly go around in circles. Apparently Zara have outsourced customer services to a third party company, which is why it’s so atrocious and just a money making exercise on the backs of loyal customers. Zara you should be ashamed.

Customer support is a joke

Customer support is a joke. Copy/paste answers that don't respond to the actual question. Web interface is stupid also. Have had some problems with blacklisting.

Canyoning, rafting, zip lining - fab!

Just finished a canyoning, rafting and zip lining tour with Hakaan at Nemo Rafting (booked through Get Your Guide). Absolutely fantastic day!!! Couldn't have asked our Hakaan to be more accommodating with my two kids ages 11 and 13 - he took them canyoning despite higher water levels than usual and ensured they were safe throughout. Went swimming down canyons, saw waterfalls, hiked up paths when it wasn't safe to go through the water and all in all had a completely fabulous trip! He was was also happy to accommodate my kids request to jump in from the raft (when it was safe to do so) and swim. Hakaan was really really accommodating and friendly. Can't say thanks enough for a fabulous day!
