This is the worst customer service ever, in fact I think it’s a scam. My son purchased a £50 gift card that has never worked. The balance shows as £50 but you cannot access it. Despite trying since JANUARY!! They still keep saying it’s ok when it clearly is not, I have contacted customer services over the matter over 30 times, but you constantly go around in circles. Apparently Zara have outsourced customer services to a third party company, which is why it’s so atrocious and just a money making exercise on the backs of loyal customers. Zara you should be ashamed.
