Made a deposit 2 weeks ago from my Binance wallet to my crypto.com wallet and still hasn’t reflected as of yet, chatted with their staff a day after deposit with the transaction ID and said it has been successful but a little delayed due to network issues, up till now no response to all my emails chats or IG messages. When I try to change my email address in the vrbo app it sends me off in an eternal loop of verification. I have now completed the verification process seven times. When I went to the help software their useless chatbot software repeated this experience. A human would have sorted my very basic problem in a nanosecond. Absolutely hopeless. Come on vrbo. Pull your socks up!

Ordering was fine. Problems started with delivery. Item went missing, but I could only get a refund if I rejected the MISSING item! Online chat process very frustrating with the agent asking me to contact the courier myself and being able to do very little to resolve the issue or help in real time. Online team did respond and act - far quicker than the agent has led me to believe - and sorted out a refund. However they also cancelled a subsequent order I had placed as a replacement. Online team highlighted logistics problems and I don't know if that means they are trying to cancel orders now. Went elsewhere for the item. Recommend you avoid until they sort out their logistics problems at least.

Last night my Facebook account was hacked from someone in Nigeria? Since then they have opened 3 bogus accounts in my name. I have failed to get ANY support from Facebook, it’s like knitting with fog, impossible. Meanwhile this hacker has run rough shod over me and tried to access my friends, sending them dodgy messages. I can’t delete the accounts because I can’t get any response from the supposed ‘help and support’ department?I see from all the one star reviews that I am not alone with my frustration. How Is this company allowed to continue to trade. Complete shambles.
