Ordering was fine. Problems started with delivery. Item went missing, but I could only get a refund if I rejected the MISSING item! Online chat process very frustrating with the agent asking me to contact the courier myself and being able to do very little to resolve the issue or help in real time. Online team did respond and act - far quicker than the agent has led me to believe - and sorted out a refund. However they also cancelled a subsequent order I had placed as a replacement. Online team highlighted logistics problems and I don't know if that means they are trying to cancel orders now. Went elsewhere for the item. Recommend you avoid until they sort out their logistics problems at least.
