Review of duolingo
The new “path” update is TERRIBLE!! I used to give duo 5 stars but after the update it’s almost unusable. I lost 90% of my progress and am stuck learning basic words and sentences again. And I’m stuck taking the path they have set for you instead of being able to leave the way I wanted to. Im definitely not renewing my subscription and am close to deleting the app altogether and using a different learning app. Really disappointed in this update.
Review of zara
Really bad service. Why a customer need to follow up an order for fourth times and the same repeated response they are telling you, wait for 48hrs over and over again? I ordered on March 14, and delivery supposed to be March 20-25 but until bow nothing has been received. The worst part they cannot refund your payment!! what does this supposed to mean??

Over a month ago I tried to get a mouse replaced under warranty. I got a tracking number, but it shows it hasn't gone anywhere. Nobody responds to me anymore. I made a new ticket and also barely got any response there until eventually they also stopped responding. It's a bad product, bad customer service, and they are not honoring their warranty.
Review of lastpass
Utter garbage. LastPass used to be really useful, but now it keeps randomly logging me out and won't let me log back in again.I enter my master password and a popup tells me to check for an email. I go to the email, confirm that it's me trying to log in, get thanked for it, then I try to log in again, and get the same stupid message. It just will not let me in!Occasionally when windows starts up it will automatically log me in, but sure enough will log me back out again a few days later.Absolute crap, avoid!

I am so sick of doing surveys for this FRAUD POS business. 20 minutes complete the survey and then they throw up the FAKE apache error, on purpose to defraud the survey taker of money. I am done with these Fheads. Oh look these criminals actually respond with a bunch of BS. I do your pathetic ripoff surveys through a different panel. You are ripping people off daily. Getting fully completed surveys for free. Do not give me your BS about screening out. YOU are a SCAMMER company. I have done your surveys through many different routers, 9 times out of 10, they error out or do not pay on PURPOSE.
Review of evernote
Been a happy user for over 10 years. Have paid for premium plans for several years. With over 10k notes. But it's started to become unusable. Constant popups harassing me to upgrade. Today, they've restricted my plan to 50 notes. So I can't create any more notes without upgrading. It's so rude, I've decided to leave. Can't do business with a company that treats its long-term customers like this. Bye Evernote.

Review of abebooks
I am currently attempting to obtain a refund from AbeBooks because of a bad experience with a seller, who posted an incorrect description of a book on its site. No luck so far; responses from customer service are confused and unhelpful.Update: Time, patience, and persistence led to success. Finally, after emails back and forth with various customer service representative, requesting that my call be referred to a supervisor got a response. I did obtain a full refund, but it took more assertiveness than I expected to need.
Review of expressvpn
In their site they have a comparison chart for Basic VS Premium VS VIP subscription tiers. In VIP tier they have mentioned about DATA REMOVAL TOOL. Actually it's only available in USA. That fact has deliberately removed from their comparison chart published in their website (Basic VS Premium VS VIP). This is cheating. Not recommended.

Waiting, waiting, waiting. Oh, and waiting. This one goes out to the rude customer service person who had arranged to contact me countless times over the past 3 months, then promised to call me again, supposedly today, at a specific time, but forgot too because as he said, went on a break instead. Good on you mate, because that meant I couldn’t go on any of mine due to holding me up for a hour waiting for your call. Which created a domino effect for the rest of the day. So, thank you sir because now I’ve decided to go with another company. What a waste of time and energy you gave. You tried to make me sign up for a service last week, that couldn’t happen at all until Telstra completed NBN’s missing equipment order, but you kept saying I needed to sign up with Telstra first, and don’t worry we will hold onto my money until the nbn situation is sorted out between you both. Ooooh right. Sprung big time lying, gaslighting thieving narcissist criminal rip off merchant. I’m gone. Thank God I listened to my gut. I knew the customer service person was game playing. Look at all of these comments here Telstra. How very sad that these scammers have a ‘legitimate’ job with a supposedly ‘legitimate’ company. Where do you get your employees from Telstra? I’m wondering if all the Australian ID that’s been stolen has been instigated by your many customer services employees and app developers, because their service is criminal. And you are the culprit Telstra because you employ them. Wow.

Review of LinkedIn
Linkedin has tuned itself into a woke refuge for HR yes-people. It does not work even remotely close to the way it was designed. Recently Linked in Linkedin put a patch on its job openings, so they would never show more than 100 applicants. It had been showing as many as 1700 applicants, with many in the 1000's. Now it gets to 100 and says 100+ applicants. That information used to be key to job hunters, with any sane person walking away from a position that was over applied. Linked wants to hide the fact that its jobs are trash, and that there are not many of them. Since they are corrupt along with the Biden administration, they are probably trying to prop up the jobs outlook for this administration.
