Waiting, waiting, waiting. Oh, and waiting. This one goes out to the rude customer service person who had arranged to contact me countless times over the past 3 months, then promised to call me again, supposedly today, at a specific time, but forgot too because as he said, went on a break instead. Good on you mate, because that meant I couldn’t go on any of mine due to holding me up for a hour waiting for your call. Which created a domino effect for the rest of the day. So, thank you sir because now I’ve decided to go with another company. What a waste of time and energy you gave. You tried to make me sign up for a service last week, that couldn’t happen at all until Telstra completed NBN’s missing equipment order, but you kept saying I needed to sign up with Telstra first, and don’t worry we will hold onto my money until the nbn situation is sorted out between you both. Ooooh right. Sprung big time lying, gaslighting thieving narcissist criminal rip off merchant. I’m gone. Thank God I listened to my gut. I knew the customer service person was game playing. Look at all of these comments here Telstra. How very sad that these scammers have a ‘legitimate’ job with a supposedly ‘legitimate’ company. Where do you get your employees from Telstra? I’m wondering if all the Australian ID that’s been stolen has been instigated by your many customer services employees and app developers, because their service is criminal. And you are the culprit Telstra because you employ them. Wow.
