They have delivered to me 3 times in the last week, I complained as first 2 were just left at side of my dustbin which is in front of my terraced house. I was at home but they never knocked on my door. Ordered 4 items together today but they have cancelled the beef casserole mix & garden gloves as believe is fraud (why didn’t they query it with me? Why haven’t they cancelled all items?). I have to wait 24-48 hours for relevant team to contact me. I will cancel being an Amazon customer, not just being a Prime customer if anything happens just once more.

Very poor service!!!!! Booked a hotel and confirmed by them but hotel could not find our booking. Waited for almost 2hours just to find out they could not fix the issue. Not recommending at all. Their service is only book and refund. Thats all. Maybe all 5 star ratings only from the employees.

I ordered a pressure cooker from a merchant on Wish in early November. This merchant, the Qiyuya store never sent my item out, and claimed I provided a different address in my hometown that it was shipped to. This merchant has 17 reviews on Wish all stating the same scam that happened to customers over and over again, yet they are still an active merchant on Wish. I've been back and forth with Wish over this for months now, and they continue to blame me when I did nothing wrong, and refuse to be accountable for their role in this failure. DONT USE WISH!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I have called corporate multiple times, spoken with managers at 3 different Target stores in the Northeast - the shopping experience has gone down hill greatly. I used to love going into your store and spending money! Now, there's whacky music being played, crowded isles with inventory to be shelved with employees all over putting stuff out but when one gets to the registrar to pay, there's maybe 2 cashiers on and a line half way back to the grocery dept to self check out!! Answer me, how is this possible? How is this acceptable? Maybe if you lose enough customers something will change, who knows. Just tired of waiting on the phone to share with someone with no real change happening. Your quartly profits eventually will diminsh. I'm going back to Walmart

If I could give zero I would. As other users have pointed out they dont tell you about being only able to view 10 responses AFTER you reach 10. I have just sent this to clients and can't re-issue for embarrassment to company. I am an unpaid intern also out of my own pocket. Now also reading they have issues with cancelling payment plans... fantastic

Had a cruise booked which they subsequently cancelled due to repositioning of the ship. Was offered a very poor alternative and refused to give any goodwill gesture towards an alternative cruise with them, even though their price was still over £200 dearer than using a cruise agent. Then told I have to wait 30 days for the deposit refund. We were previous customers and won't be using them again if they think this is the way to treat returning customers.

I am a platinum member of RCI but they have lost my business. Their advertising and promotions are so deceptive. The pricing online says one thing and then the cost is vastly more expensive (not due to taxes and port charges) than advertised. Calling does not help since one is given multiple bs reasons for why the promotional price does not come even close to matching the actual cost.

What is actually going on at Meta headquarters? I've been a Facebook user for almost 20 years, but the site has become so damn unusable I'm considering leaving it entirely. It has become especially useless to businesses and advertisers. My Facebook business page has gotten literally ZERO interactions in the past month despite having an audience of well over 100 followers and dozens of posts (which used to get at least one or two interactions each until some recent awful "algorithm update"), the Facebook groups I'm in are all having problems because Facebook's new and "improved" algorithms are only showing users sales and fundraising posts while hiding the actual good content and mandatory rules the groups rely on to offer their members any value or maintain any law and order, and Meta now seems to have fully automated its ad creation process to the point that we are no longer allowed to have any input at all in what target audiences our ads are shown to. This week I was not even able to choose a specific geographic audience for the IN-PERSON EVENTS I AM ADVERTISING. Basically all of the features in "Meta Business Suite" glitch out constantly and work less than half of the time, and there is no way to contact a human for any support. All of the "Contact Support" buttons either do nothing when I click on them or disappear and redirect me to utterly and completely useless and irrelevant "help" articles that have nothing to do with the features I need to advertise my business which have now been removed from the advertising capabilities or the glitches I am experiencing which are causing the few features that DO remain to simply not load or work. What in God's name is going on over there? Are they TRYING to lose customers? It really feels like that at this point.
