To anyone using this app warn your guests NOT to book a hotel through them. Ended up costing me over $250 more for 2 nights through The Knot then if I booked it direct through the hotel. And no recourse as the cancelation policy which is unclear at best during booking (says cancelation may involve penalty) is a penalty of one nights fee.

(1) I am a physician. But the ONLY job recommendations I get from this crowd are for nurses.(2) You're supposed to be able to honestly review places of employment. But their rules for posting are so Draconian (and do not consider at all that people in healthcare are MOVING around - and can be contractors/employees). They either don't post at all or remove - catering to bad employers.

Tried ordering from crocs.com. Order was rejected 3 times. I was trying to use PayPal first. I called and asked the useless customer service person why my order wouldn't go through. They said because of high use or multiple tries. Well, that wouldn't explain the first try. I haven't ordered anything w PP for 2 weeks and have the credit available. It wasn't that. There were no odd charges or hacking of thay account. So Crocs suggested i order again using a different email and different payment and wait a few days and it should be fine. So here it is 4 days later, used a different email address and different payment source and again the order had error code given twice that says nothing but call customer service. You would think a legitimate company might just take the order over phone, but no suggestion of that. I'm done after trying to complete an order 5 times 4 different ways. I talked to the girls "supervisor" to try and get more information... sounded like the girl changed her voice or put her mom on. It did not feel like a professional experience at all.

I called Tech support, I keep getting disconnected on my call. They said they will call you back if they get disconnected, they did not. Also, the reps don't speak English that well or don't understand my tech issue. Next, they mark the case issue as Resovled , when it has Not Been Resolved. A complete failure for me to do business with them.

First off if I could give zero stars I would. That being said i’ve been a ulta customer for a very long time and every single time I order online I always have issues with them finding my address I live in a duplex so after so many times of them sending to the wrong address I started using my mom’s address to see if that would help and even then they still couldn’t find her address either the last thing I bought didn’t get sent to the right address and they’re trying to blame me even though every single time I order I check it and make sure that it’s the right address and they’re telling me that they will not give me a refund or send my items to me since it says it was delivered to the “correct” address. This is the worse customer service I’ve ever received and I actually always have terrible customer service here and almost always get stuck with no items or having to pick up my items from the ulta store it’s self. Which defeats the entire purpose of PURCHASING ONLINE. I will never be shopping here ever again and glad to say I’m no longer a ulta credit card holder.
