Avoid this site! They promote a free trial and get you to put your card details in to get the trial, but once signed up, they tell you your free trial download images are watermarked. Dishonest to say the least. I don't mind paying for services, but tell me exactly what I am getting BEFORE I sign up.

Absolutely horrendous! Sold an item, buyer requested a refund as hadn't received item, subsequently received shoes and confirmed happy etc, Depop still processed the refund, I now have no shoes and no payment!Support is a joke, buyer is now ignoring me, so obviously was his intention all along to not pay for them, clearly a scam and yet Depop have suspended my account! Scandalous behaviour.

I would give zero stars, if this were an option. Began my third year of it a few months ago, but am ready to ditch it. The quality of their course and the customer service (which is really non-existent) have gone downhill rapidly. For several months now I have emailed (you can't speak to anyone) with the (1) issue of words I haven't even learned yet appearing in practice sessions and (2) words I have recently learned and want to practice almost never appearing. I have emailed three times, but no fix or solutions by Duolingo. So now, not only has their quality deteriorated, but my learning experience has gone downhill because of them. Time to move on. VERY poor management.
