BUYER BEWARE. My experience in buying a 75 inch TV has been a nightmare. First it was an LG which stop e d working a couple of hours after the installers left..We paid for this service. We could not talk to the store we only talked to a non English person with no help. We made a trip to the store and spoke to the store manager. We upgraded to a Sony 75 Inc and was guaranteed it would be delivered within 5 days. At 5 o'clock the day before the delivery we got a phone call from another non English speaking individual and she canceled and wanted to reschedule. Another trip to the store a different store manager and we have been waiting for a resolution for over half an hour. Today I received our new Sony. The Assistant Mgr and a Geek squad atechnician installed the TV the new Sony DVD player and all my movie apps. This was done very professionally We were given complete instructions on how to use all of the equipment. Evidently installs are now being done by 3rd party installers. We are delighted with the service and after just a few hours of watching TV. I would this latest experience 5 stars.

Waited 6 hours for a call back, while stranded. In 6 hour timeframe AAA couldn’t be bothered to make a call to me and give me a status update.After complaining to management they offered me $30 credit.This is how much they care about Veterans.

I recently purchased the Advanced Scar Gel and when opening the packaging I was offered $30 if I would give this product a 5 star rating on Amazon. Easy bucks! This is pure bribery by the seller and ruins the Amazon review standards. I gladly leave a positive review where it is due but I am totally appalled by such unethical marketing techniques. Amazon's Policy clearly states:It is illegal to receive payment or any other compensation for writing Amazon product reviews, as Amazon's policies strictly prohibit it. Amazon takes a zero-tolerance approach to incentivized reviews, and violating this policy can lead to account suspension and permanent banishment from the platform. So, I wrote a review (listed here in first paragraph) on Amazon platform about this practice as to warn Amazon and other shoppers. I received following reply:Hello Stefaan ,We couldn't post your review because it doesn't meet our guidelinesThere you have it. I am wondering how many 5 stars ratings are bought or are totally fake? Furthermore, Amazon is obviously reluctant to do anything about this scam. As long as their revenu keeps coming...

I had a power supply failure around 11 1/2 months after buying the product with no battery LED or charging and where the usual help steps did not fix the issue before the power ran out. The initial response was positive - I was able to follow a chat and then sent my unit off for repair upon which it was collected the next day. However, I received a response that the fault was out of warranty due to customer damaging of cables rather than the battery and hence had no option but to pay various inflated fees to get my laptop back rather than buy a new one. This was not due to negligence on my part (I had not mistreated the cables) but I believe due to poor quality of the cables. I would have simply bought a new power supply to try it out but my warranty was close to expiring and the recommendation from the chat was to send in the device in. Warning to anybody with similar issues to try buying a new cable first to avoid such additional fees.

Rented an apartment in Lisbon [ Alacantara ]. Flat was ok and clean and in a handy spot but we found it to be infested with Roaches. We took a few photos and videos and had hoped to get a part refund but Vrbo, after a week, decided that the photos i supplied were not enough evidence to warrant an 'infestation' so closed my case with them. We saw dozens of them in the apartment - some even coming up the drains.everyone know that for every roach, theres another 100 nearby. on the basis that be saw about 20, that meant there could have been 2000 under the floors !

Absolutely shocking, i raised an issue about being able to list something, the woman who first came on chat couldn’t type a proper sentence, then got all moody with me. Days later i’m still waiting for an answer. The latest message this morning is now asking for the same information i already provided, is this a joke!? I also asked about business registration issues, perhaps asking about two issues confused them, or too much to take on. I just want to get selling a specific item and they can’t even assist me, i can’t believe how useless they actually are!

I take no pleasure in writing this negative review, but I feel compelled to share my experience in the hope that it will inform and caution other Tesla customers about what they might encounter at the Tesla Mt Gravatt service center.I own a 2023 Tesla Model 3 RWD with 109,000 km on the odometer. One day, the boot began malfunctioning—it attempted to open but then immediately locked itself. I was still able to open and close it manually, so I continued using it that way. After contacting Tesla, they promptly diagnosed the issue and confirmed that the left-hand side power strut in the trunk needed replacement. Communication was conducted via the app and over the phone.At no point was I advised to stop using the boot manually—despite Tesla being fully aware of the mechanical issue. I continued to use it cautiously until one day, the power strut bent and shattered my rear glass. When I returned to the service center, the first thing a staff member asked was whether anyone had told me not to use the boot. Clearly, they knew such use could cause further damage—but no such warning was ever given.Following this, Tesla Mt Gravatt refused to accept any responsibility for failing to warn me of the potential consequences. They acknowledged the defect but took no accountability for the resulting damage.If you're a Tesla owner or considering becoming one, be warned: Tesla's service model can leave you stranded—even when they’re fully aware of risks that could lead to serious damage. Whether this is due to negligence or a deliberate strategy to generate more revenue is for you to decide—but in either case, the customer pays the price.
