WordPress customer service is excellent. Any question I have about my website they take time to carefully read and then they try to figure out an answer that would really help. Most of the WordPress help is very knowledgeable. They have no problem understanding my English. And they are friendly and thoughtful. They are quick to find an answer.

Awful awful awful!!!!!! If you lice in Canada forget about ordering online!! Tracking is not accurate what so ever I have ordered from them multiple times because unfortunately I like their stuff and I have NEVER!!! Had a smooth experience. Very sad. Especially because I know they dont care and this review wont chaneanything about their ways even though every comment on here is about how HORRIBLE their shipping is.

Enterprise on 211 in Middletown NY- the nastiest people I have ever met. The day of pick up, they advised me that for a 12 plus passenger car- a credit card is required, but I was not informed. My husband had to call them to confirm the reservation and when he came in the day before to make sure the van was available- he was never once informed that a credit card was required for large vehicles and when he went the day of pick up he was told that a credit is required. When he asked why he wasn't informed of this, when he spoke to someone via phone and in person, they lied and said I heard my coworker tell you when she called you. But my husband called them. They were so unprofessional!! They refused to help in any way. So i had to go pick up my husband and during my break from work from a hospital job, which is not easy to get a break most times and 30 mins is all i had, but I went to give him my car. When I went in to speak to a manager and ask for the form that specifies that a credit card is required for large vans, she printed the form out and when I read it with her and saw that it did not indicate it- I asked for her to call the hot line to file a complaint. She refused and so I asked her to provide me with the number. She did and while I was holding the paper, standing at the desk she snatched the paper out of my hand and ripped it and refused to give me another one. There was no apology and no assisting me with other options at all. If you can avoid renting from here, please avoid at all cost. They are not helpful or friendly people at all and they just lost the company money. Now, I have to find a rental last minute and hope they its 1. affordable and 2. available. My sister is married to a man in the Marines and I have not seen her or her new born baby and they are being stationed else where after Thanksgiving. So now, I won't even be able to meet my 2 month old nephew and these people at the Middletown office did not care enough to help me with other options. If i could rate this a zero I would!!!!!! They ruin my thanksgiving with my family, who dont live right around the corner.

There is nothing fast and easy about HomeAdvisor. I solicited their “advice” on a small job. What did I receive in return? Constant pitches for bigger projects. They never gave me a single quote on my small job requiring a “low wattage” repair person.

It's hard to know where to start in describing the problems with Facebook (FB). My original concern was their obnoxious policy of claiming ownership of all the photos and other content any user posts. For the last several years, FB has become little more than an echo chamber and a platform for spreading disinformation and outright lies ("stolen election," anyone?). But the last straw was their grossly inadequate security policies. After my email was compromised in a large-scale data breach by another large company, someone used it to log in to my FB account. To their credit, FB sent me an alert, and I followed their steps to "secure" my account, including setting up 2-factor authentication (2FA) through my authenticator app. Then, a few days later, I got another alert from FB that someone had accessed my account and changed my password. This should not have been possible, as no one has had access to my phone (the only device that uses my authenticator app), so I can only conclude that there is some major flaw in FB's security, including their implementation of 2FA. I have deleted my FB account, and will never use FB again.

I’m a 1st time customer buying off this site. I purchased an LV purse in good faith based on the listing from the seller… When the item came it was significantly different to what was listed. It looks like a counterfeit. I have tried to contact Depop twice now and no one is getting back to me. I will never use this site again.. Clearly there are dishonest people selling items and Depop are doing nothing about it.

COUNTLESS emails have been set to change my bank account details to my business account BUT NO COMMUNICATION VIA EMAIL. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Agents don’t even reply back to email.
