If I could give a lower score I would

If I could give a lower score I would. Recently have purchased several pieces of furniture. They deliver quickly and furniture is good quality. Here is the thing. You purchase the product waiting for their Big sale only to find two days later it decreases in price yet again. In calling to have my purchase discounted to the actual new price I'm told they do not price match, yet it is during the same sale time. Since the item has already shipped I was told I can cancel the order which is in transit and reorder at the lower price. Sound ridiculous, yep to me too. Here is the interesting thing. This had happened earlier this month with a bed we had ordered. I called and the CS representative was great, discounted the bed which was already in transit. In this day and age, when people are attempting to make ends meet it seems terrible that a company would pull these antics with anyone, let alone a customer who actively makes purchases from them. Unacceptable.

Review of wayfair

Customer service not on par with industry standard

Seems like they operate like just another dropshipper, which severely limits their ability to provide worthwhile customer service. Delivered a defective item and are requiring customer to pay return shipping for something clearly not our fault. Granted I should have read the policies a little better, that's buried pretty deep in their fine print, but it's a poor way to operate a business when it's signficantly poorer customer service than all of their competitors. First time in a long time I've been expected to eat 30% of the cost because of something completely out of our control

Don't Be A Fool and Fall for this Motley Company!

This motley crew really lives up to its name. These guys are upsell scammers and try to make fools of their clients. I have paid for their services and discovered that any purchase you make is really just an avenue to upsell. If you buy any service, you'll get an email right away, even before you get the goods, to buy more. After some frustration, I let my subscriptions lapse. Then recently, I got an email asking if I wanted "five free stock tips". Like a fool I clicked the link but, not wanting to get extra emails in my regular inbox, I used my alternative email address.Well, I never got the "five free stock tips", they never arrived. Then when I didn't respond to their upsell, they wrote asking "where did you go?" I replied I didn't get the stock tips and got a BS answer that they would be coming (check my junk, etc). Nope, nothing, nada. But here's what I did get...My email was FLOODED nearly 30 emails! Yup, you read that correctly, in one week. For proof, here are the subject lines of these missives (verbatim):Hey, where did you go?Originally $199, yours at no extra chargeIn case you missed it [I did not]Time is running out [clearly untrue]This one stock is 20,000X smaller than NvidiaIt’s the final countdown [I thought I already missed it?]In case you missed it [wait, what?]If you haven’t joined by now… [ya think?]World’s largest AI is coming to AlbertaIberta wins race for world’s largest AIShark Tank Millionaire Unveils World’s Largest AIReady to Learn About the Next Tech Revolution?Let’s talk about our Tier ZERO Investing Event [let's not]REVEALED: The Tier ZERO Opportunity [see above]This Opportunity Isn’t for Everyone—Is It for You? Stock Advisor Canada could help. [this came this morning, despite that last one saying "Farewell"]-----------If you're still reading, and who can blame anyone who is not, Motley Fool is just a vehicle to hard core upsell and little else. They have ZERO respect for their clients. If they did, they wouldn't do this crap. Frankly, this abuse should be illegal. It's really just a brand of phishing if you think about it.Unless you want to be insanely harassed online like you've never been in your life, stay away from this company. Don't be made a fool by these motley scam artists! The Junk button on your email should pop up with the following: "Use to stop crap, like Motley Fool".Update (Feb 9, 2025): I've now received an additional 18 emails in my Inbox and it doesn't help much to Junk the emails since they come from different people at TMF and/or different emails. I guess I'll just block all their domains info.fool.ca and fool.com Foolish fools.Update (Feb 14, 2025): I have now totally blocked these Motley emails at 50 emails! They are jamming my Inbox with so much garbage, having never even sent me the first offer that was requested. This is nothing more than an email scraping scam. Unless you like getting a lot of useless emails, avoid these Fools.

International Shopper Appreciates Amazon!

I use Amazon.com to do my holiday and gift shopping because I do not live in the US any longer. I've always had great customer service and delivery. Cannot fault them. Thank you, Amazon!

Review of seagate

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. It has been over 2 months since my 4tb drive went out. Seagate policy: 30 days for drive recovery (they do take every bit of that time) 2 days for tracking to show, then 5 days for shipping the recovered drive back to me. I had to call several times about my replacement drive as well. I'll never do biz with them again. Their after sell support is a hot mess.

JUST DON'T

They seriously need to tighten up their rules. Allowing obvious scams to run ads on their site is just not cool. I got burned by one myself. There was this fake company pretending to be legit. Luckily, I got my cash back and reported them. But guess what? I'm scrolling through the site later, and boom, there's another ad from those same scammers! Like, seriously, they're acting like nothing happened. So, my advice: don't click on anything linked to them.

I was appalled to learn that you, LinkTree, removed links on an Instagram account, (from a business page no less) because you don’t agree with a personal opinion regarding freedom and rights, of a paying customer. Stay in your lane.

Don’t trust this company

Don’t trust this company. They have no customer support number plus ChatDeal completely scammed us on seat assignments charges for $600. Using fear tactics and misleading information when it was free to pick our seats directly through airline. Our friends saved almost a thousand by not using Kayak and booking directly w/airline.

I just cancelled my trail subscription…

I just cancelled my trail subscription (within the 14 day period), I was through very quickly so that was a positive. However, as mentioned in these reviews they ask you questions and offer you a reduction in price etc. Just decline. In reality we all want to just press a button to cancel, be short on the phone and they should just cancel it with immediate effect.
