I ordered from El corte ingles on Saturday 11th April for a delivery on Sunday 12th April and I'm STILL WAITING!!! We have called several numbers, spoken to several people, none of which can give us any solid information. We've emailed and had only an automated response that someone we contact us. They haven't. We can't cancel the order, we can't find out when we will receive the order, we can't speak to anyone who has any idea about our order. This is insane. You are a massive company and we are well into lock down now so logistical problems should have been resolved by now by such a large company. On top of that, all your 'customer service' numbers are numbers you have to pay for unless it's from a landline. WHO HAS A LANDLINE NOWADAYS???!!! How can you improve? 1. Don't offer delivery slots that aren't available. 2. Give customers a free number to call if they have a problem. 3. Answer your phones. 4. Answer your emails. 5. Delivery my god damn order.

I received the email below from X regarding a Twitter (Now X!) account which I have never had. It must be an Impersonated account which was somehow linked to my Googlemail account. I replied in great detail to the email which ended out to be a "No reply" account. I then tried filling out X's online contact details to report a Impersonated account at which point I had to fill in a prescribed form which required details which I could not supply about the account I didn't create, hence I'm reporting this issue here only to find many other issues with this organisation. X Hello ......, Your account, **********, was detected by our systems and automatically suspended for violating the X Rules. Specifically, for: Violating our rules against inauthentic behaviors. You may not use our services to engage in inauthentic activity that undermines the integrity of X. Note that if you attempt to evade a suspension by creating new accounts, we will suspend your new accounts. If you wish to appeal this suspension, please contact our support team.

The website is confusing though eventually I was able to download the sheet music thanks to the support from Andrew. However, I wasn’t aware that I would be charged for a subscription. Again, Andrew of the support team was helpful in removing this for me. The company needs to be much clearer upfront about its costs and what is, after all, the customer’s choice about membership subscriptions.

I see here that Facebook has not responded to complaints and requests for help! My page has been shut down due to hacking and I cannot open it now or get into it and keeps asking for an authentication code that I never set up so cannot retrieve it. I have years of contacts and photos that I stored on the site. Also I have tried finding a phone number and found out that there are scam companies posing as "support," for facebook and then try to scam you out of personal information. I am disappointed and just would like to be able to continuing enjoying the connection I have to my Facebook community.

Support response times are horrible. They've disabled my account temporarily because of a breach, but after investigating we found no signs of our account being compromised. We rely on Twilio for signups on our website. Now we've had to shut down signups for 12 hours, waiting kindly for them to reenable our account. We're losing money on sales because of this.

Jeevitha Channabasavegowda helped me out when I accidentally ordered a secondary hosting plan (I already had a Plus plan but had forgotten it was Plus.) In addition, I've been with BlueHost for years now and never had any issues.

I bought a download of Korg Keyboard Styles (software) for £10 - To say they were useless is an understatement. I went to Etsy help line and it turned out that the seller was a French person whom they pu me in touch with to complain (person is about the only thing I could call him/her..) To say the seller was rude and unhelpful would be polite, totally piggy would get nearer. Etsy as far as I am concerned - I would never buy anything from their site ever again. Useless and uncaring and they do not understand the word HELP! They and the Frog who sells rubbish are TOAST!
