If I could give them a zero-star rate. I would rate them -5It takes 24 hours for an answer, and it seems like it's on purpose. They will usually answer a scripted response. And when it comes to escalate things, they will simply not reply back and keep your money.

It is an awful app that genuinely steals your money. I was messaging my friend and they permanently banned my account .They stole £800 from me and won’t let me claim it .This shouldn’t be legal and they should get sued as it’s not only me that’s had problems like this .

I've used UptimeRobot's Free Plan for YEARS to monitor two completely private, non-commercial websites with very low activity. And now, out of the blue, I get an email accusing me of violating their Terms of Service by supposedly using the Free Plan for "commercial purposes."This is an absolute insult. Without any proof, I'm forced to either jump through hoops by filling out some survey to prove my innocence or pay for a commercial plan. Why am I, a loyal and personal user, being treated like this?It's appalling that a service I once trusted now resorts to such aggressive tactics to squeeze money out of users. If UptimeRobot doesn’t want to offer a free plan anymore, they should just say so, not accuse long-term users of violating their rules without cause.I’ll be moving to another service immediately. If you're thinking about using UptimeRobot, be warned: they clearly have no respect for their users. Terrible experience!

I had already repurchased the exact same jacket — same color and size — because there would be no reason for me to wear a visibly defective item.Due to Zara’s return process requiring printed shipping labels — and no QR code option available — I took a Waymo ($15 expense) to the store, as I do not have a home printer.Upon explaining the situation to a staff member, I pointed out that receiving defective or dirty merchandise has happened multiple times in my experience with Zara, and this was unfortunately not an isolated issue. The staff member responded dismissively, stating there was “nothing she could do” and that I would have to process the return online. When I explained that my lack of a printer was precisely why I was in-store, she replied, “That’s not my problem.”When I asked for her name to document the experience properly, she refused, stating she did not wear a name tag “for a reason.” I informed her that I needed her name to escalate the issue appropriately.
