Terrible Customer Service Experience – Where is My Order? Zara FranceI placed an order (#53622876507) that has been stuck in “Collected by courier” status for days with no updates. After repeated attempts to get real answers from customer service, I was met with scripted responses that did nothing to resolve my issue.I repeatedly requested to speak with a human agent, only to be ignored and given vague, unhelpful updates. When I pointed out that my order was supposed to be delivered on Monday and it’s now Thursday, I was simply told it was “rescheduled.” No explanation, no accountability, no resolution.This is completely unacceptable. Is my order lost? Will I ever get it? Why won’t your company provide real customer support instead of automated responses?I’m sharing this experience publicly because customers deserve better.
