This company is shocking !! We booked a property in Somerset for 72.90 for the night , paid by Apple Pay , when we arrived it was shocking we couldn’t stay , was a complete health and safety nightmare , was The Prestleigh inn , I have tried to contact booking.com for a refund and their response was to confirm the booking in the app to get a confirmation code , if I do that I’ll be charged another 72.90 and without that code you can’t go any further ! The whole system is a rip off , DONT USE BOOKING.COM there is no customer service and they will rip you off

I chatted with an agent to simply combine my two bills. I have one bill for my wireless account and another one for my home internet account. I requested to have the bills combined into one so that I don't have to pay two separate bills every month. This rep was so poorly trained that he did not even know he had cancelled my home internet altogether. I noticed my home internet not working during our char conversation and mentioned that to him, even tried to resonate with him. I said something like "is there ay chance you accidentially cliccked something that could have caused my internet issue?" He said no. Then he connected me to another rep who had me reset my gateway but service was still not restored. Then I got transferred to the third rep andfinally service was restored. Altogether I spent 3 hours chatting with AT&T all just to combine my two bills into one. Now my service is restored but God only knows if my accounts have been combined as I originally chatted with AT&T to accomplish. If I hadn't JUST cancelled with my previous home internet provider and paid early termination fees, I PROMISE I would cancel with AT&T. The gross negligence and complete lack of training is incredibly frustrating. This is NOT the first rep's fault. This is the first rep's manager's fault. The rep should be trained enough to at least recognize when he cancels a customer's service. It would be a cherry on top if he were trained to not cancel the service altogether. I'm Extremely dissatisfied with this interaction, so is my family since it occupied my time for 3 hours. Absolutely terrible interaction, AT&T.

Purchased 1 year full cover for multiple devices as it was on special offer. Started off well but over last couple of months it keeps telling me it is out of date. Expiry date shows as 1/1/1970. After repeated calls 2 helpdesk, reinstalling etc I asked for refund. Was told past 14 days plus I only paid discounted price so no refund allowed. As this is due to expire Feb 2022 I am still trying to get this resolved. I will definitely not purchase in future.

Very disappointed. It’s the third time I order something and I choose a specific pick up pound, and they send it to another pickup point waaay too far away , as a result I cannot go over and take it.Please fix the problem:pick up point :full.Otherwise there is no reason to ask the clients for a preference of a pick up point.

Do not sign up for a membership - it's impossible to cancel. There's no way to cancel online, so you have to call numbers and they'll re-route you 3 times to different departments that all claim they cannot process the cancellation. Such horrible customer service that I won't read the journal again even if it's free.

Bought a high end Samsung fridge, has had to be repaired 3 times in the last month, fridge has been out of commission pretty much for that time. Hasn't been 6 months, Samsung chooses to fix rather than replace and the each time it takes a 3-4 days for a technician to show. Can not speak to a manager with Samsung because they say that they will get in contact with me, but has been over 3 days now.

I really don't get it... I bought the program for 37€. Suddenly Coursera introduced a "Plus" program and now I am not able to work on any course that I used previously.I was not aware that PLUS is even more expensive then the 37€...For me that's a huge scam, because now all google and IBM courses are only included in the BIG membership.I've canceled my subscription and I would not recommend to use this page, since they are changing the pricing models and suddenly you need to pay much more then before.

In particularly great because it encourages supporters to include a little message, which makes for a nice experience.Setup was very easy. The only confusing thing for me was that getting the account reviewed for withdrawals took about 2 weeks (instead of what is mentioned on the website). However, during this time support responded very quickly to every one of my questions, and even followed up proactively in the end. It all worked out in the end and withdrawals (to NZ) work without problems.
