After nearly 13 hours of travel, we arrived at our hotel only to find that the reservation—originally confirmed for two rooms for four people—was recorded as being for only two people. Despite our confirmation email clearly showing the correct booking details, the hotel manager contacted Booking.com and was told the reservation was for two people only.With no alternative options available after such a long journey, we were forced to pay extra charges on the spot to accommodate the remaining two guests.To make matters worse, I attempted multiple times to contact Booking.com’s customer support, but received no response—there is no direct phone number, and no reply to my emails.This experience was not only financially unfair but extremely stressful.

Another day another rubbish service and cheeky attitude from the tfl staff! Cancelling trains last minute, making people to run over to another one, making everyone late, keeping ONLY 1 GATE OPEN for people to leave to make them late even more, standing on the other side and laughing into peoples faces and when I asked them to open more gates as people are going to be late to work I heared an answer: 'patience doesn't cost, you should leave to work earlier' WHAT A BUNCH OF A**HOLES YOU ARE PEOPLE! You made us late on purpose, laughing into our faces and this is your answer? It is all on you and the worst thing can happen to anyone who arrive to London is to deal with anything that is related with TfL! I hope this attitude and your ridicilous strikes takes you nowhere as you don't deserve anything after treating people this way, you all should be fired.

Some commercials r getting on my nerves on Spotify, and despite the ability as a consumer to push the ‘Thumbs down’ button which gives you some options like “ I don’t like how it sounds” - Spotify does not take my opinion seriously and still plays the commercial I despise! I don’t mind advertising, but if you can figure out what I like listening too, why not streamline commercials as well?

Unfortunately out of all my credit cards this one seems to be the absolute worst!!! 2 complaints later still nowhere closer! Lowing my limits every month and causing my credit score to be effected massively!! No one ever wants to help you on the call! And never ever has my issues been resolved on the first call or not even the 4th at that!! Disgraceful company! Suppose to be this great American company but nothing but S**t!!!

Charlatans! Their so-called “complimentary travel insurance” is a scam. You are told if you don’t like it when making a claim, to seek your own travel insurance. Chubb is the absolute worst. Amex read from a script, and can’t respond to the issues they are presented with. Speaking with them is a total waste of time. Forget about any “convenience” with using their cards. Nothing replaces cold hard cash. Plastic cards are represented by plastic and fake people to match. Forget loyalty as this too is a sham.

I've completed all the quizzes, spent all the time to complete everything to be shown in the end that none of it was done. Then someone from their "tech support" advised that this was a tech issue and it will be resolved. More than a month later, still nothing. No badge of completion, no refund. Forget about this platform and do not hand them over your money- IT'S NOT WORTH IT! I can think of many other ways of throwing this money away.
