BP Torrington

BP Torrington - BEWARE BAD DIESEL! This garage supplied BAD DIESEL on 3/11/23 and will not even respond to the complaint or request for information. My vehicle still being repaired. Also refused shopping service in the BP / M&S store by racist attendant, complaint brushed off with a shallow apology.

Review of 99designs

Great value!

I received a lot of great and creative designs from several designers. In fact, it was VERY hard to narrow down the final choice to a winner. Overall, the process was great, and I feel I got good value for my money.

Review of lowes

Poor Reputation Deserved

I worked for Lowes for about 4 weeks. That was all I could take. The company has presumably a good outlook as far as the CEO indicates during the online academic training: growth oriented and honesty and integrity are stressed. I'm still on hold with their "associate" telephone number, which they aren't answering. They owe me my final paycheck which was supposed to be directly deposited to my bank today. It hasn't and it's now 2:29 PM, the bank has verified that it wasn't received. The reviews by customers are accurate, I question how the other employees get through the training? I was doing the work of at least 3 other employees, and my manager was literally not well mentally... even though she might claim to the contrary. Lots of angry customers when I went in today trying to find out where my pay is, eventually told to call the benefits line, which got me nowhere. I will file with the Department of Labor, wages and hours, if I don't get paid. Still on hold with the associates line.... look, the US is a haven for these kinds of individuals, low intellect and zero integrity... I had hoped this would be somewhere where I could do honest work with reasonably honest individuals. Some were, those in management... well. No wonder they're "always hiring."

Review of ihg

Ya had ONE job.

Ya had ONE job.I am a very low-maintenance traveler. I require decaf coffee in the morning, a clean quiet room and not much else. The following is the breakdown of my two stays at Holiday Inn Express, Morton, Illinois:*First stay, January, 2020 Morning 1- NO decaf in breakfast carafe. I informed the bearded hipster at the front desk. His response, "Yeah, I'll tell 'em when they get in."??!!Well, dude that's not cool. I have business and a schedule to manage, so waiting on some slacker to show up to make another pot of decaf is not cool.*First stay, January, 2020 Morning 2- NO decaf again. WFT, is this a conspiracy? Is there a shortage of decaf that is not being reported? Told the sweet blonde at the front desk. "Hey, you've got a decent place here. I'll need a room 4-6 nights per month for the foreseeable future. Here's the deal....if I have to PACK MY OWN DECAF I will stay elsewhere." I received a call from the hotel manager with a lame excuse that they can only make 1/2 tankards of decaf, and some guest must have used it all up.*Second stay, February, 2020 Morning 1- NO decaf again. I decant the last dribble- 1/2 tablespoonful into a cup and hand it to the blonde front desk clerk. "Guess what my name is?" She runs off to make more, so apparently the coffee-making skill has been shared in the last few weeks. The problem was, decaf is not available before I have to start my day, so her efforts are of no value to me.Same evening I returned to the hotel to meet with the hotel manager. I asked her what the problem was, "What's the root cause?" Might as well have been speaking Greek to a brick wall. She was so worried about defending herself she fails to see this failure is a ludicrous situation that cannot be defended.*Second stay, Febuary, 2020 Morning 2-Decaf available.Final score is 25%. NOT a passing grade.I will be staying elsewhere.

Review of ubisoft

Where do I even get started lmfao..

Where do I even get started lmfao... Okay.. Well best thing I can say as a reviewer is.. 'NEVER PURCHASE FROM THE COMPANY' seriously though NEVER!.. I'm a huge Rainbow Six Siege fan/player.. I've spent over a thousand in total on merch and DLC and everything with over 4000 hours on my account and like level 200+!! (since wind bastion so imagine how much I played considering king george is a few thousand higher than me on hours played but he's been playing since day 1, I play more than him per year!)I've always played legit and I am a YouTuber + Streamer so you can clearly (obviously) imagine I would play legit due to being watched 24/7... well I got banned by their Anti-Cheat Battleye permanently for cheating?? I've streamed 9/10 games I've ever done of the game and for the games I haven't recorded.. My r6 stats say I'm some silver trash noob... if I was a cheater would I be in silver with a negative KD?? :')Lmfao... but the point of this anyway is I bought every elite skin in the game, plus merch i.e tshirts and pro team jerseys which were a bomb in itself, plus other DLC i.e event packs and rick and morty bundle or pro league bundles.., essentially £1000+ as my friend did the math, you do it if you don't trust as I CBA.. and I bought every event alpha packs so I wouldn't miss out too.. so altogether, everything was soooooo much spent (up to like mute protocol or reworked outbreak event before ban etc..) and to lose it within a click of a fracking finger.. as if I mean nothing as a loyal trustworthy legit customer... Now I'm not gonna lie I'm a wildcard player.. some games I play trash (like some copper 5 lmfao).. some games I play god like (idk, like a plat with brain cells of a diamond or champ but lacking aim hence plat as the example), I'm one of those unpredictable players who can either impress or disappoint .. but I've seen the chat a few times saying I'm reported for getting a 2k? How pathetic is that? I couldn't care less about the report, do it for all I care.. I'm legit!! (little did I know I'd get banned due to Witcher cheats!) Like in my eyes anything under a 4k is lame but sure.. report me and that for getting a 2k.. but the problem is, I heard battleye scans your full PC if they are "suspicious" and perhaps that might be where my ban fit in.. I have no r6 cheats.. but I am trying my best to get into the Witcher 1 with the hype of the show and friends etc... and I couldn't win that fight against the first boss (fire wolf creature thing where town is hypnotised as bad people) so I downloaded witcher god mode client etc... and I only use that mod if I die more than like 10 times to save time as I wanna get to witcher 3 and be able to converse with my friends etc.. but I feel Battleye has scanned my PC and picked this crap up and gone "CHEAT" when yet nearly 90% of my games have been streamed live on twitch and the remaining have been hard drive recorded or just been boring matches.. either way..I got banned permanently and you have the last 10-12 matches on replay and I viewed every single one.. not one of them were I cheating so why am I permo banned?? and they want me to buy more elite skins.. hahahahaha NO.So to summarise it all.. I supplied evidence and sent it to battleye.. did they respond?? NO.. Like imagine that... the company that falsely banned me after I spend £1000s on their game decides oh no he's deffo cheating permo ban him and never respond.. like wtaf?? I sent them evidence of my streams and matches and you wanna know what they did??? They IGNORED ME?!? Appeal a waste.. No F's given, all my hard worked money wasted.. no chance I'll see that again or get any chance.. not to mention too I'm poor af so Ubi got more than they deserved off my bank... There's me thinking switching from Xbox to PC would be safe.. little did I know you get banned with the littlest of things... What do you want Ubisoft and Battleye? You want me to stop learning computing & IT level 3 at college, delete every software I have? College teaches me database and mobile app macros bla bla.. UBI BAN ON SIEGE... screw you... I provided evidence and you didn't even respond.. you probs laughed about it in your coffee break like every other poor soul you ban whose innocent to this crap.. Learn to ban! not BAN BAN BAN willy nillyseems like in order to play the game you have to factory reset if every time.. so there's no software overlays that'll ban you.. OH don't forget too... never do computing & IT in college either because the software you're learning will be an insta ban too.. UBI wants fresh PC's and they disregard any fracking video evidence you show them.. you could literally show them every game you've ever done on streams and they'll still blank you and refuse an unban... still wanna play R6 PC? if you do.. best of luck honestly.. I give you a year before some random ban.. where's you're proof? oh it's there! nevermind I CBA LOLOLOL

Review of toyota

Poor build quality

Been a Toyota customer for over 25y, but last 2 experiences with Toyota made me decide my next car will be a different brand. First had the catalytic converter stolen from my 2018 Auris, and it took over 1 month for Toyota to get the parts to fix it! Toyota knew these models were targeted for this type of theft and could have advised customers to implement security measures, but decided say nothing...shame on you Toyota...After the repair of my Auris, decided wanted to sleep without worrying of having my catalytic stolen again, so decided to buy a new 2021 C-HR...this was my biggest mistake as after a couple of months noticed a noise in the boot that after 3 visits to the dealer is still not fixed. If that wasn't enough, it started to develop cabin and dashboard noises and every day a new noise comes up and so far have 7 different noise sources...car spend 4 days at the dealer, but they couldn't identify the source of any of them...I've already identified the culprit for 3 of the noises, and I'm not a mechanic...Very bad service and build quality from Toyota...might need to cut my losses and sell a 5 month old car and buy a different brand, which is more reliable and has better build quality than Toyota.

Ebay is charging tax to customers on precious metal's, Mississippi is tax free on metal's, I have had other's from other tax free states say the same, BBB and Governor Reeves office I will be getting in touch with, these huge companies Think they can write the playbook how they want, with enough people standing up to them we can make them do the right thing.

Canceled 4 flights during the Pandemic, went to use the credits today for other flights, they are non transferable, so they are holding $1000 of e-Credits forcing me to either make my kids fly or lose the cash. I will never fly them again. We bailed them out in 2020, this is our thanks!

Review of Zoom

Terrible for small business and non profits!!

I am writing this public post to address serious concerns regarding the business practices of Zoom, especially towards small-scale organizations like ours. We are a small non-profit company, and our recent experiences with Zoom have been deeply troubling and disappointing. Our journey with Zoom began on a positive note with a contract signed at a discounted rate. However, our trust was abruptly shaken when, in the middle of our contract cycle, Zoom attempted to shift us to their standard rate. This sudden change would have doubled our rate overnight, a move that not only breached our contract terms but also displayed a lack of respect for our financial limitations as a non-profit.After a strenuous fight from our end, Zoom decided against this rate hike. However, our struggles did not end there. The process for contract renewal was unnecessarily convoluted, involving a special support ticket and a conversation that was easy to miss. This lack of clarity and transparency in their process posed a significant risk to our operations. Our attempts to escalate these issues were met with further frustration. Our account manager consistently evaded our requests to speak with a supervisor, providing excuses and showing a lack of professional courtesy. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially when we were trying to resolve serious contractual issues. Our experience with Zoom, while satisfactory in terms of product functionality, has been marred by these administrative and customer service issues. It is disheartening to see that our size as a small non-profit might be a factor in the lackluster support we received. This concern is echoed by countless other customers who have shared similar experiences on various review platforms, highlighting a disturbing pattern of Zoom prioritizing profits over customer satisfaction and transparency.I urge all small businesses and non-profits to be cautious when considering long-term contracts with Zoom. It is crucial to be aware of their approach towards customer service and contract management, which in our experience, has been significantly lacking in fairness and transparency. We hope this complaint serves as a call for Zoom to revisit and improve their policies and customer interaction practices, especially towards smaller organizations that rely heavily on their services.

Review of yelp

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE YELP

I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH YELP. The representative who solicited my business misled me about the services they would provide. They also tried to charge me for something I didn't agree to. They repeatedly kept trying to take funds from my account even after I discussed in detail how their representative misled me. I even recorded the entire conversation between myself and their representative before trying their services. Now they are trying to send my account to collections and mess up my credit over $180.00. I recommend using Google Business and NOT YELP. YELP IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST BUSINESS MISTAKES I HAVE EVER MADE. IF I COULD GIVE A NO STAR REVIEW I WOULD.

Review of hotels

The new "Hotels.com" doesn't care if…

The new "Hotels.com" doesn't care if you're been a loyal gold member for 5 years, now they won't process refunds if they don't have to. You can't contact them unless your in USA, you can't even reply to an email they send you. This business has gone downhill since the amalgamation and I'm less likely to book through a third party anymore. Most hotels prefer you book directly to avoid fees lost
