I love animoto. As a Photographer it gives me that something extra to give to my clients. I’ve had several clients moved to tears after seeing their slideshow. I really enjoy making the slideshows and spend a bit of time choosing the right music. It’s easy to use and I love the marketing ones too. I am hoping in the future I’ll be able to actually make the slideshows on my iPad or phone not just view them in the app.

I would give them a below zero. They STOLED $144.98. Which I paid for the years 2023 and 2024. Then charged me again January 2023 for another year. Said I could not get reimbursed because it was over 60 days and canceled my subscription. I did get the 110.00 back but am out for two years I paid. I talked to 3 tech support representatives and each time messed it up more. Trust me do not go with this company.

They say that GERD is a curable disease (yet then say that if a person ceases to do the hellish strict lifestyle changes and to take the poisonous meds, it returns). GERD is always dismissed, yet it is an incurable, painful disease that reduces the quality of life a lot. They have a very strange notion of "cure".

I’ve had AAA for 5 yrs. I use it because arguing with their representatives for an hour is still cheaper than a 70+ mile tow but I wouldn’t recommend their services to anybody. I actually wish someone would recommend an alternative to me. Every service call I’ve had has been awful. Sat 17 hours in a snow storm because they “couldn’t find a driver”. Called one contracted through AAA myself and was out and home in less than 2 hours. Stopped in lakeville MN 9 hours for them to tell me they can’t find a driver because of WEATHER. It was sunny, dry roads, middle of summer. Mechelle from the Hennepin county dispatch in Minnesota was horrible. Told me (young female traveling alone) to sit in my car from 9pm-3am in an area with some of the highest trafficking statistics in America. She said the tow company wouldn’t pick it up if I wasn’t present. I called the tow company and they picked it up when I wasn’t present and we made AAA reimburse. Getting reimbursed takes a long time and they don’t always pay the full amount.

AAA sent LDA to tow my car in Durham, NC. I was far from where I was staying. They let me know it was the battery but since they didn't have a battery with them, they found someone else at LDA who had one, and stayed with me for over an hour while I called AAA back and got them to send the other LDA person to bring and install my battery. Saved me so much time and money I would have spent going back and forth to a mechanic the next day. Thank you!!!

Called for tow on 2/4 at approx 1:30PM. Got text that the car would be picked up by 2PM. No show, then text that pickup would be at 2:38PM, again no show. Agent called me at 3:45 to ask how it went and was told no show. She said she would call me back in a few minutes to contact driver company - never called.I called AAA at 4:20 and said garage would close at 5:30 so I needed a tow like right now. Never happened but they said maybe tomorrow on the 5th at around 9AM. I cancelled and got some help to get the car to the garage myself finally - AAA all no show. They are terrible and I have been a Premier Member for over 20 years now. Horrible company and totally undependable. Wish I could get back all the money I have paid to this horrible company over the las 22 years.

Cancelled my premium subscription today after finding out that spotify has been charging me twice a month (on two different credit cards) for the past year. customer service is a joke. it's a chat with a script that goes around in circles. they overcharged me $137 during the past 12 months and refused to refund my money. when you cancel, remove all payment methods from your account page as spotify will continue charging your card and stealing your money. terrible, thieving company!

Even more disturbing is they will not give any information on escalating care concerns besides a low level admin in the office of patient experience. Not at all comprehensive, interdisciplinary or patient focused- more of a bait and switch experience.

My printer is out of warranty. The problem I had was with instant ink, which I have been enrolled a couple years now. It wouldn't print saying I wasn't enrolled. This happened last week. The problem was resolved by chat in about 10 minutes. It happened again today. After about an hour, I get transfered to another tech who remotely fixed the problem but I was told, because the printer was out of warranty, I should be charged $14.95, but out of the goodness of their heart, they would wave that charge. It wasn't about the printer. It was about instant ink. If this happens again, I'll just buy cartriages & cancel instant ink.

I have used this exchange for 4 years and have finally moved all assets off this exchange. They have locked out my account multiple times, they have put my assets into review and held my crypto in a review state. They hold assets under review for weeks. When speaking with customer service they are less than helpful and only read from a script. With excessive fees, they should be considered a premium exchange but fall well short of being 'Premium'. I would suggest you you find alternatives to this exchange. Hope this helps saving others the frustration I have experienced with these people.

You can download and use DaVinci Resolve for free. Instead, I purchased a copy for hundreds of dollars. Why? One reason was an expectation of getting support when I need it.Today I found out that my expectation is not going to be met. Without getting too embroiled in the details, I will say that I wanted to know more - something, anything! - about the encoding option "Constant QP". There's a 4,000+ page reference manual for Resolve, but it says zilch about "Constant QP". "QP" doesn't even turn up in a search of the PDF. So I contacted Blackmagic Support.The answer I got back defined what the letters stand for - Quantization Parameter - but included no information that would actually help me use it. Instead, I was directed to the Blackmagic Forums, a place where any moron can and does post incorrect information about Blackmagic products. To put it another way, instead of providing the needle I asked for, Support directed me to the haystack.
