Absolut unprofessioneller Service. Entweder per Mail gar keine Antwort oder Antwort ohne auf das Problem einzugehen. Habe zwei Abos und beide wurden zu hoch verrechnet. Bisher keine Chance an eine verantwortliche Person zu gelangen und schon gar keine Lösung in Sicht. Mein Geld werde ich wohl nicht wieder sehen.

I'm ashamed of this news company, really respected them and trusted them were fair and honest and picking on side, you can see it , and they and other news companies aren't hidding who they are for, I've listen to them for a very long time, All news companies use to talk alot about happy things,and great to listen to, now it's only about hateful and bad things, I guess that makes them only, I guess some people pick government parties instead of what's right and true

Let me first state I have been a longtime loyal customer of Lowes. I am the midst of a kitchen renovation and ordered my quartz counters with them. Unfortunately I should have read the reviews first of their subcontractor Boston Fabrication. Although the gentleman who came to do the measurements was very nice, he obviously did not do it very well. He measured incorrectly, made a pencil mark on where it was 1/8" off level and left. All of 10 minutes - if that. I immediately had the cabinets inspected and was told there was a nothing wrong with them and they questioned the fabrication company. I contacted Lowes and cancelled the order as I was not comfortable and nervous about proceeding with an expensive purchase. I was charged $120.00 for the measurement visit. Lowes would not work with me on this and said their hands were tied with the fabricator. I contacted Home Depot who had a subcontractor come out, measured and assured me everything was fine and it was not a problem. I questioned about the level of the cabinet install and again was assured it was within measure.Lowes backs up this shoddy fabricator. They obviously do not value me as a customer. I will add that I sat with an employee and we priced out what was left of the house renovation @ just over $7,000. They just loss that sale and any future business from me. Funny thing is, they are not the closest box store to me but I drove a bit further to remain a loyal customer. Run do not walk away from ordering counters through them if they are using Boston Fabrication. On my way to Home Depot to place my counter and flooring order.

I left them 5 1/2 years ago as their services become outdated. Today, apparently out of financial desperation, they are trying to charge an old card for fake invoices. Stay away from this bankrupt and corrupt company.

Allows random users to upload copyrighted content, then fails to remove copyrighted content within 2 days as stated on their site, and fails to respond to emails about having my content on their site, when my book is for sale on amazon. They attempt to take no responsibility for content on their site yet they profit from it. This company is setting themselves up for a class action lawsuit, I've already spoken to an attorney who is considering a class action suit against them.

Never used before so booked & wanted vat receipt. They don’t issue one you get one without the VAT number, which wont work for your Books.Went on the help chat and that just railroad you back to the original booking where there’s only the receipt without the Vat number available.

Terrible! I was looking forward to getting my living room set. I saw it online in thanksgiving, I paid it with my debit card. They put on hold for the total amount, and I was told it would arrive in February. I was ok with it. Since the beginning of the year I would see the money released back into my account and then charged again. I called an made sure it was normal and I would still get my furniture. Then sometime I got an email saying if I still wanted the furniture it would arrive in March. I agreed. Again for a couple of more times the money was released, looked like the order was cancelled. I would call to make sure things were fine and I would get my furniture. Then the week it was supposed to arrive I called again they said they could not tell me when it would arrive to my home because that was the warehouse delivery date. I once again asked about my money being on hold and then released and again on hold, just wanted to make sure I would get my furniture. They said that was the procedure. Then the scheduling for the delivery date arrived. I called I scheduled, and waited. Called one day before checked on the time they said between 10:45-12:44. The day of the delivery I called at 11:30am, they checked on the delivery and said they were running late. Would arrive between 12:45- 1:45 pm. I waited impatient with an empty living room because they would not take my old furniture. I had everything set up. At 3:pm I called because they were not here yet!! They said there was a problem with the card and cancelled my order!!!! No curtesy call, no letting me know, the money was there! they held over $4000 for over 3 months and now they said there was a problem and didn’t even bother to call me!!!! That was ridiculous I cancelled everything never buying furniture from Macy’s!!!

Been with LastPass for four years. I've always loved the service, the UI is top notch, very intuitive, very few issues. However, I had a problem with my account renewing under the Business license after I had removed my card from file. I was going to let it lapse, then re-subscribe under a Premium license. The renewal surprised me, and I reached out to support for correction. The initial request was smooth, I was promised a refund, no problem. Following that, it's a been a nightmare. Communication has been godawful, like pulling teeth. When I do get a response, the support reps are dismissive and, in one case, downright combative. After an exchange today wherein a rep told me to reply to the do-not-reply address for a faster response, I'm done with them. I don't know what changed internally at LastPass, but they are not the glowing standard of service and security they once were. Moving to BitWarden per others' suggestions.

I spent two hours trying unsuccessfully to change my phone number on both the Klarna app and the website. I have spoken with three different people, who I’m sorry to say were useless. I am waiting to buy a chest of drawers but can’t until my number is changed.I’m so angry 😡 😡NB: In response to your reply, I have been trying to do this all afternoon!!!! As I repeatedly told customer service’, I did not receive a code.

Why? Why would you do this? Why would you take away the reason we had you as our homepage, the reason we looked to you for headlines, customized weather in different locations, personally selected news outlet content and daily horoscope...it is no longer anything I want or need to see. Has to be a foreign country hack, because NO ONE at Yahoo could have POSSIBLY THOUGHT THIS IS A GOOD IDEA. GIVE ME "MY YAHOO" BACK!
