I canceled a reservation made through Booking.com for "Chic 1BR – Scottsdale, Pet-friendly," the day after booking. Despite canceling within 24 hours and never staying, I was charged $578 and only received a $100 refund. Booking.com refused further refund despite undisclosed pet and insurance fees. Host and Booking.com both passed responsibility. Disappointing customer service and transparency.

I ordered the flight through booking.com. I wanted to add an additional seat for my digitial piano. I was sent back and forth between booking.com and Air france - no one took responsibility. Finally, booking.com announced that they ordered the seat. At the airport, I was informed that booking.com just had charged me for choosing where to sit. I ended up having to pay 200-300 euros extra for the last minute seat for my digital piano. Booking.com misinformed me about having ordered an additional seat when I just had chosen where to sit. I also wish it was a clear policy where booking.com recognized their responsibility for ordering the extra seat instead of referring me to Air France

I signed a contact with FraudLabs Pro to recover my money from the fraud platform goldenCFD.com. What they have done is to demand a fee in advance, 900 $, and to open on my name 2 bitcoin wallets. To the second wallet, which is slendidcoinhub.com, fraudlabs transfered a lot of money. Fraud labs told me, that this money is to my service. But to transfer this money to my privat accounts they want to have a horrible high fee. That means this splendigcoinhub wallet is for money laundering and fraud Labs is earning a lot of moneywith the transfer fees !!!beside their bonus fees!!! they woud get if recovery my invested money. So I can not recommend fraudLabs Pro: They are only busy in getting your money, and faudlabspro deliveres nothing beside a thank you for the money you send to them. I say its a cheating company. I can show you a "contract" and mails signed by FraudLabs Pro to show you the proof that Frudlabs Pro ist a fraud company

Big trap, almost impossible to buy something without getting into a trial for premium you cant stop nor cancel. Big scam!Bought one sheet music pdf for €1,50 needed to create an account for that where they automatically put you on a 7 day trail. Online I could not uncheck this trail (tried bit couldnt find it). Eventually got an email that they charged me 39,99 for a three month premium subscription, next payment of 65€ for the next three months… could eventually only cancel it by revoking the payment rights in Paypal. A minute after received an email from Musestore that I cancelled my subscription. Emailed support for a refund. Gave me two options 35% refund or in credits for future use. Explained them the EU rights for citizens to be able to cancel any subscription within 14 days without a reason. After few days received a full refund. Tip for Muse, make it clear to people that they are on a subscription or 7 day trail and add the button to cancel it right next to it. Dont put people on a trail by default!! Very happy with the sheet music I bought

I use Lyft as my last resort when I have no other ride. Today I was heading to work, and payed extra to have a pick up "in 4 minutes" to ensure that I was on time or even early. Instead, I payed for the ride and was told "driver arriving in 9 minutes" and I ended up 3 minutes late. I could have payed less and received the same ride. Very unhappy with this app, and am likely switching to Uber.

On personal recommendation, I applied for a gold American Express card. I was accepted and had a card for just a month. It was cancelled out of the blue before I was even due to pay the very first credit card bill for no reason at all along a menacing, threatening letter saying 'they had reasonable grounds to believe I was going to be unwilling or unable to pay' !!!! I paid my credit card bill in full, well before the due date as I do with all my credit cards. No problem ever with any other card I possess. Impossible to get through to anyone at American Express as to why. Their decision is final apparently, and no review allowed at all. Such a disgustingly hostile, aggressive rude organisation. PLEASE PLEASE do not use this company, and PLEASE PLEASE read the myriad of similar reviews posted. I gave the company one star, the lowest available option, but if I could give no stars or negative stars I certainly would have done so. Dreadful demoralising experience and an aspersion on my character. The very worst company I have ever had the misfortune of being involved with. They also do not return calls as promised, an utter scam, fraudulent company who hopefully will go out of business one day, and that day can't come quick enough.

Amazon delivery service is incredibly bad. I have bought several different items from Amazon BECAUSE the delivery was supposed to be within 2-days, just to have it delayed by typically a week if not longer. The best part is that these were parts I ordered to get my car up and running before my next scheduled shift at work. I used to check Amazon first for almost everything I bought. Since the start of this year, we had Amazon delivery forced on us instead of USPS and I have almost completely stopped using Amazon because they are so bad. We still have Prime for TV, but I go out of my way to pay more through other vendors just to avoid Amazon now. If they go back to letting others deliver, or if they manage to be transparent about expected delivery times rather than falsely claiming 2-day shipping, I may go back to burning money on their website again.
