Ordered 3 pairs of socks at once. Ended up being sent over 2 deliveries, one which still had a security tag on and the other delivery was completely wrong item. Delivery 1 - told could return or go instore to have tag removed. No problem, but I asked for the refund on £3.95 delivery, which I thought was fair. Was first offered £1.20 (10% of sock price). Said I wanted refund as having to go instore, which somewhat negates convenience of online order. They eventually agreed, making very clear it was an ‘goodwill gesture’ (erm no, it shouldn’t be, you messed up so should be a ‘sorry, and of course’). Ended with £2.64 refund, which I’m assuming was because only 66% of order was delivered in this package. Horribly petty and just left feeling unvalued as a customer over just £1.31! Delivery 2 - wrong item - vest top rather than socks. Had to provide photos and item codes, then was told to keep the item and they’d either replace or refund the socks - which is fine although not my size and tbh have no issue returning it as I need go into the store to have the tag taken off anyways. Who thought you’d have this much trouble over 3 pairs of socks - huge amount of time wasted and customer who doesn’t want to shop online with them again. All it needed was “sorry, we’ll refund the delivery of course”, and maybe a little true goodwill gesture of nominal amount / discount on next purchase. Instead I’m writing this review :(
