Shocked to see so many bitter and whinging people on here. Lego is just awesome. Customer service is second to none. Needed to get hold of a character for a present. Lego customer services went well beyond their remit and made me the happiest chap going. Wonderful keep up the amazing customer service Lego. I cannot fault you.

QA Experts have submitted wrong answers 5 different times for two different subjects. I have requested QA experts not to use pre-established code from the internet, but this was ignored and posted by two different QA's with no regard to the content of the question. As a result, both questions were wrong, and one expert did not answer the question at all other than using a theory that had nothing to do with the solution. Chegg has also stopped payments for QA questions. Have also encountered QA experts not having legible font by using hand-writing instead of typing. I have requested clear details in steps to solve a solution and sometimes those details were left out. I am out of QA questions and cannot use this service because I was told by a representative that the QA purchases would not be back until 2023. This has affected my ability as a customer to use this platform now, as I am in the middle of college and now I cannot get my questions clarified with Chegg with only a 20 QA limit per month.

Don’t believe in this software. The 1000 free in the early stage is just to get you into the pit. It’s scam marketing. After you pay for the upgrade, they set some unreasonable rules and lie to you to know the funds after the upgrade, and they won’t refund you. Payment, and then I will seal your account. Most of the good reviews in it must be their own regrets. Don't be fooled.

I paid this company £86.40 last year, 2023, but could not find any carers. Then this year, without any warning or notification at all, I discovered they had taken £108 out of my account! When I went on the app, I found there is NO phone number or postal address and NO WAY to cancel the account on the app. It said you have to cancel via a computer, which I don't have. Fortunately my bank have refunded me and blocked Care.com from taking any more payments. I am especially angry because clearly this site will be used by vulnerable people who need carers. It certainly looks like a disgusting scam! Edited following response from Care.com. This was my email reply:"Dear xxxx,As you will be aware, all reputable companies always make customers aware by email before subscriptions are renewed.I am not aware I ever agreed to a recurring subscription and you did not at any point alert me (or other customers?) that you increased the price from £86.40 to £108. Your company comes across as very untrustworthy and clearly, given your Trustpilot ratings, other customers have also had bad experiences. Your customer base includes very vulnerable people looking for carers, so it is even more important than usual that you act with care and integrity, which you have not done."As always, people can make up their own minds, but in my view (and the view of my bank who classified this payment as fraudulent and blocked it) there was (1) no notification from Care.com that they were about to take this payment or (2) that they had significantly increased the price, and (3) the only way to cancel is via a computer when the majority of people will be using the app, where you SPECIFICALLY can't cancel your membership! Reputable companies don't behave like this. They are always careful to inform customers beforehand, ESPECIALLY if dealing with vulnerable people. So therefore my opinion and my review remain. PS: I've just noticed Care.com appear to have edited their public response to me (below). What they originally wrote was different. However, it was exactly the same as the email they sent me, so I still have the original text. They seem to be changing their story a bit! Oh dear. They really need to up their game and be transparent and honest if they want to win back trust, in my opinion. Update 20th March 2024: Just to let you know, they *really* don't like you trying to cancel! I've requested twice that they delete my account, remove my data, don't sell my data, and confirm back to me that they have done that. No response, but instead - after no emails for a year - they're now repeatedly sending me emails suggestings carers etc. It feels like they're trolling me! I regret ever having got involved with this company. Not pleasant!
