Review of homeadvisor
I would give this company 0 stars. I booked a cleaning for my carpets weeks before moving out. I was ready at my old place as they were supposed to come at 8 AM. 20 minutes before the hour they email me telling me that they didn’t have anyone that took “the job” what!!! They tell me that the day of? It cost me a 250 dollar fee and on top of that it was impossible to get a refund as they kept transferring my call from one person to the other telling me that they could do it in a week. Even after explaining that I did not leave there anymore. Finally, they charged me for the “membership” a month after. I called again and they told me that it was fixed and I was not going to get charged. But I still did. IT IS A SCAM!

I bought a recliner and when it was delivered FedEx just threw it off the truck into the wet grass. The chair itself broke after just 2 weeks. I called to return it but they told me it had to be repacked and returned in it's original container and I would have to pay for return shipping. Well the box was destroyed after being thrown off the truck! They gave me a 10% store credit and the chair can't even be given to Goodwill. I ordered a tablet holder with the credit and it broke within 24hours of receipt. I should have just used my money to build a fire in the fireplace. Run run run!!!

Yousef is a QuickBooks Tier 1 adviser, and this is a review of his outstandingly good customer service (hence the 5 stars) rather than QuickBooks' various shortcomings (which deserved less than a 1-star rating). He called me pretty much every day following my first contact with him to check up on how things were progressing until the day after the long-awaited Tier 2 callback. He was remarkably patient, admirably empathetic and supremely persistent (in his quest to get me a callback from a Tier 2 adviser as soon as possible) throughout – all in all, the epitome of word-class customer service.QuickBooks' various shortcomings:(1) The elapsed time of 8 days between my initial telephone query and the Tier 2 callback is way too long. QuickBooks customers shouldn’t have to wait longer than 48 hours for a Tier 2 callback.(2) I missed the first Tier 2 callback because I was in a meeting – that callback had no prior notice and so it wasn't possible to schedule meetings around it. Another 8 days elapsed before I received the second Tier 2 callback. According to the Tier 2 adviser, the technical issues I was facing regarding the VAT return and credit note numbering needed to be referred to the engineering team via the Tier 3 team, and it could take up to 6 months for the problems to be fully resolved.(3) Emails to QuickBooks were either responded to after an unreasonably long period of time or seemingly ignored. QuickBooks customers should have their emails meaningfully responded to within 24 hours.

Such a bad software. Impossible to send anything during the synchronization, and that last for hour sometimes. Of course I contacted Microsoft help and assistance and their answers are even worse...Wait for the synchronization is done. Thank you, but the messages to be sent are important and if you close Outlook (laptop), your messages won't be send until the next time...So great when you send message remotely form your office.. I guess Microsoft is in late...

More than 20 years buying Lonely Planet guidebooks...I bought the last edition of Ecuador, I was shocked by the new format, no useful information, it has completely lost the essence. I was so surprised that I looked for reviews and found exactly what I thought: old readers' reactions are the same, what a shame. I will return it tomorrow and get an old edition from the library.

This is the worst phone company I have ever bought the phone from. They keep getting money from the credit card that they wanted to be saved in the account. When phone has issues 99% of the customer service people doesn't know how to fix it. But they keep getting money from the credit card. I will never recommend such a cheating and fraud service that one would never imagine about google.

I think you guys are doing great, it is hard to say but just keep pushing forward, it's hard to break the mold that steam set, everyone should have gotten involved in the PC game store market much sooner in order to provide proper competition, this is what I will say about GOG, out of all the game stores, GOG is the closest to separating themselves out and becoming there own thing, unique and distinct, I would recommend copying steams library share feature, I know it might hurt your sales but it is a huge selling point for steam.

I just finished a conversation with them. They insist their benefit on the printed ticket, which says no refund or exchange after the showtime; while I questioned why they didn't send me the confirmation email as is promised on the ticket, I get the following answer:"How can we prove this? It's your email!"Well, I can't prove it either. Join me if you have the same problem.
