I just finished a conversation with them. They insist their benefit on the printed ticket, which says no refund or exchange after the showtime; while I questioned why they didn't send me the confirmation email as is promised on the ticket, I get the following answer:"How can we prove this? It's your email!"Well, I can't prove it either. Join me if you have the same problem.
