I've been a customer years and have several hundred followers/contacts on their system. A few days after signing up for their Premium service they've prevented access to my account so I can't sign in. There's no email or phone support and even their Premium service customers need to sign in to get support - so if you can't sign in..? Catch 22! I now want to cancel my Premium membership but they have the card details and I can't contact them to stop them taking payments, it's a real con. Needless to say I'll report them to my card issuer but this is dreadful support from a supposedly professional network. It also lately seems to have because a swap of far right agitators posting about political propaganda that's nothing to do with business.
