I got double billed for 5 months. I found out after the hard time of canceling. I wrote to them and got replies of how they would into this. I would wait a few days and reply again to their email with the same results! I sent them copies of my checks/statements of both accounts!!!I got the BBB involved and NFL.com would not reply to them at all!!! BBB closed the case and put them on a list for 3 years so people would know my plight. Lousy company to do business with...stay away from them.

Unreliable For Business UseWe used Backblaze, but they closed our account due to a fake DMCA complaint without verifying its validity or checking for the existence of files in our account.Their customer support is unreliable and often response is computer-generated AI nonsense. I wouldn't recommend using them despite their good pricing model.We were not even given the chance to move our files. Luckily we have a backup with Digitalocean otherwise we were secrewed.

I have been a UBS client for 6+ years. Chose it in the beginning because of the reputation, I have not been fooled more in my life. Completely agree with all comments below, regarding uselessness of the hotline, that’s another story. My main issue that suddenly on Friday my DEBIT card which had more than enough funds was declined by a card reader. And since it was Friday evening of course there was nothing to do about. I was a bit worried, but assumed that I had damaged a chip somehow. On Monday I tried calling ubs the whole day, but I was always in the queue. Then, at 16:50 I finally had my luck and someone picked. After being tossed around different departments the answer was : “we don’t see in the system what is the problem”. 15 minutes later I try to use TWINT and find out that my account is blocked for absolutely no reason. This is unbelievable and unacceptable. I’m not even going to investigate the issue. UBS lost yet another client.

Do not buy or sell on Depop. I recently sold a Marc Jacobs used once handbag and the buyer opened an unauthorised transaction dispute. I contacted Depop and they couldn’t care less if they tried. The bag has been delivered and now I’ve lost the money and I’m having to fight with PayPal. I asked Depop what happens to the buyer as they clearly scammed me, I was told they will “keep an eye on her account”. Is this a joke?? No consequences for scamming, so no wonder the other reviews are so terrible. If you buy, the product is never the condition it’s listed in and again, do customer service care?? I’d avoid all together! I’ve used eBay for years and never had issues like this.

I've been waiting for my baggage to arrive since Tuesday. It's stuck in Detroit and I may never see it at this point. I was told it would be expedited and hasn't when they finally located it. I've called every day and been into the airport in person and the most they would do is message the airport, when I asked if they could call as I need my things, they told me I had to call myself as they could be bothered. Worst customer service ever. I may never get my back at this point, or if I do it definitely won't be within a week of when it was actually supposed to arrive. If you use this joke of an airline, carry on or you may never see your luggage again.

Honestly, AOL is the worst. Worst at customer service, worst at communication, worst at everything. If the world was a fair place, AOL would have been torched and burned, with its CEO and CFO hauled out for a round of tarring and feathering. The service is slow, and the service is biased.

They offer discount, we made order with this discounted amount, but the new invoice had not been issued.Dozens of e-mails with customer service. Useless.After all, comment that there is a system fault by their side, but they will charge the full amount no matter that they promote discount and receive and confirm update plan with decreased price. Terrible customer service. They rely on the bot system where you cannot receive any proper answer.

as a paying customer i cannot get any answers from customer service. dead silence on all my tickets.while it has good features for building courses and sales pages, there are some functionalities that dont work, the payout structure is very confusing (and that is coming from a former finance professional), user interface needs a good polish, it is at aleast a decade behind, not very sleek.this is my last attmept to get to them and I will be looking for alternatives.

Ordered a watch. Money taken straight away. Informed 9 days later the price was a glitch and won’t be honoured. No sign of them giving the money back at the speed they ripped it from me though. Avoid this farce of a company. Time to send my garmin devices to the graveyard and look for alternatives from reputable companies.

The site told me to disable my ad blocker. The ad blocker was saying there were 128 ads on the page! I did disable it, but could not read the article because it was covered in ads. Videos also started playing. When I tried to close the many ads, some of them opened in new windows. I closed the page and tried again but still could not find the article behind all the ads and videos.

I must tell you that I have read these terrible reviews and was quite worried. I can not comment about the terrible customer service as I did not need any customer service with either one of my orders. I was able to track the package from NL to the Czech republic and received exactly what I ordered. Just be careful to look at the fit feedback as if you get lined crocs I recommend getting a size up from your unlined crocs.
