I haven't had an active subscription to McAfee in over a year but still get charged a monthly fee. Customer service says they don't even have a service that charges monthly. I've tried to just delete my payment method which is expired, and they say I'm not allowed to edit my own account info. What a joke.
Review of domestika
I had a truly horrendous experience with Domestika. When I signed up, I believed I was only purchasing a single course. Somewhere buried in small print, they mention that you’ll be charged an annual subscription fee after a trial period. I missed that (my mistake, admittedly), but the real issue is what followed: • No reminder that the trial was ending. • No notification when they charged me. • $229 was deducted from my account without my knowledge - I only discovered it by chance while reviewing my credit card statement.Worse still, when I tried to understand what had happened, I created a new account and saw the exact same subscription (Domestika Plus) listed at $179 - $50 cheaper. So not only was I charged unexpectedly, I was overcharged compared to the current pricing. And the support? There is none. Only automated messages acknowledging receipt of my inquiry, with no real follow-up or human response. This kind of opaque billing and zero customer support is completely unacceptable. I’m disappointed, frustrated, and feel misled.Update on my experience with DomestikaI did eventually get my money back — but only after I went through the fraud department at my bank. I had tried contacting Domestika directly multiple times, but didn’t get any real help or response.Once I reported the issue as fraud, the refund was processed pretty quickly. It’s frustrating that it had to come to that, though.Just a heads-up to others: keep an eye on your charges and don’t expect much from their customer support if something goes wrong. The courses might be good, but the way they handled this wasn’t.

Just wanted to say that I look forward to Andy & Anderson’s New Years Eve show every year and although I love them together sober, it was awful you limited them being just themselves. I 100% agree with what Kevin Hart had to say let them be themselves going forward, you can’t limit perfection! Happy New Year!
Review of agoda
If I could, I would have given 0*. The hotel didn't match the pictures at all, and after Agoda agreed on compensating within 30-45 business days, nothing has happened for over half a year. Will never recommend such a scammy business, and will actively try to talk people out of using them.

Custodians of our national heritage? Appalling reaction to Covid 19. Sack your staff as that will definitely protect them from Covid. Excellent idea! We needed open spaces and you were closed! Good policy to focus on landscapes ( reported in press) in the future, as you have discovered its outside and less risky. You could control access there too. Reminds me of the mass trespasses of the past when the public reacted against landowners restrictions on access to the countryside. Institutional failure has revealed itself everywhere as the inability to react quickly and appropriately to a crisis. Your core support is leaving and your reaction is commission a report that tells you to close down and restrict public access to your best assets. Have you heard of Sir David Spiegelhalter? Think you need to familiarise yourselves with what the risk factors are.

One star for the subscription service, rather than for the magazine itself (which is brilliant).I can't believe that we're spending hundreds of pounds on the print version (which my wife really wants), and yet every time I click on a link to an Economist story, I'm blocked and told I need an electronic subscription.Just had this happen again now on an interesting article that was shared with me - so even though I'm a subscriber, I now have to hunt through the house for the three-week-old copy of the Economist that actually has the article. The Economist clearly doesn't value its subscribers or their experience - the strategy is to annoy the crap out of us until we cave in and pay twice for the same subscription... which I obviously won't do. I'm in fact frustrated enough to consider cancelling the whole thing when it comes up for renewal. (If that's actually possible, given the other one-star reviews here...)The Economist, please make life easier for your subscribers - we've paid you a lot of money to read your content, so please stop putting up barriers to us accessing it...-----------Follow up in response to the reply below from the Economist:I am indeed now able to access the Digital edition (many thanks), using exactly the same login details that didn't work before. I'm puzzled as to how this is now possible, as I had been told by telephone a while back that an additional charge would be necessary (we pay £55 per quarter, and the Digital+Print edition is £65 per quarter). I've asked the Economist for clarification of the subscription structure, and will update this review when they respond.

Board I bought has kinda fast boot up speeds, sometimes too fast for me to open up the boot selector. I don't know if there are better UEFI boards but the legacy bios bootloaders were kinda faster on Windows 7. Would recommend just getting an ssd instead. Haven't tested all the features... but there is an Ai Suite that lets you pick your computers speed and that's kinda cool. Dell Optimizer sounds better tho.
