Started off great - but any 'upgrade' came with a large pricetag. App was extremely slow & outdated. When finally finding a new platform (Gymmaster) to switch over to, Mindbody Support said I could cancel anytime (I checked with them over the phone to ensure I was aware of the cancellation process). They are extremely good at tricking members & misleading as after 5 years with them they are refusing to cancel (they say I must stay for an additional 7 months even though their support team told me that I could cancel anytime). The only slight help I have received for my business using the app is now as I am trying to cancel.... They lock you into sneaky contracts and are very misleading.

Most emails go to spam. Sadly our delivery rates have fallen dramatically since moving to mailchimp. Customer service has been poor (and quite rude). I was receommended to go to mailchimp by someone else, and I wish i did a bit more research first. My experience hasn't been great and Im spending over £100 a month for most emails to go to spam. It's sadly had a significant impact on my business and I am very sad about it. :(

I have been using quick books for over a year now and had so many problems! constant issues with linking quick books to my bank account and waiting weeks for them to fix the problem. This causes issues when needing to categories transactions, especially when it over a months' worth...Quick books never offer subscription refund or compensation; they just email an apology and say they are trying to fix the issues. I personally would not recommend this company.

My plane was delayed and I used the Expedia number to call to let Avis know. I would be arriving late. The agent told me he would call, but it would cost $189.00 for the call and that the airline would cancel my car rental and keep the money involved if I arrive late. Under that understanding I approved the charge. I was surprised when I complained to the Avis agent on the ground to hear that Avis does not charge for calls to let them know I was late. This was an unwarranted and excessive charge for a phone call that took less than 5 minutes. Use them to compare fees, but NEVER use them to book

Ordered a pair of jeans from Asos. They came in reasonable time frame, however, they were not the jeans I ordered. Contacted customer service to ask for a return slip so I could return and get the correct item i paid for, and they told me that I would need to pay for the return shipping in order to get the correct item. How is this legal?! I paid for a product that I never received, and now I have to pay more to fix their mistake. Customer service is also terrible, the rep was very short in his response and not empathetic in any way. Also, separate to the point,the incorrect jeans they delivered were size UK 12......my UK size 6 sister could barely get these on. Stradivarius has either really mislabelled these particular jeans, or their sizing is all off.

Dear Xero Support Team,I have been trying to set up a client on my account, but I have not been able to get the support I need. My client has sent multiple emails but has yet to receive a response, which is causing frustration. Unfortunately, if this issue isn't resolved soon, my client is considering switching platforms—meaning I will also have to leave Xero.Right now, my client is on holiday and will be back in 14 days. However, I would appreciate any assistance you can provide before then to prevent further delays.Please let me know how we can move forward with resolving this issue.

I am really disappointed at ubisoft and its ubisoft support system because they failed to recover my account which was hacked and it really sucks that a hacker can change your email and password but the actual owner of the account can't even do anything about it and I've tried contacting support many times and they just couldn't respond or even resolve the issue. 1 star.
