I have 2 companies with paid pro accounts with WeTransfer, have been using them for over a decade. The service used to be great, no problems, worked fluently, would have once highly recommended to others. Not any more. I don't know what's happened, but over the past few months I seem to have continual corrupted downloads, unable to open Wetransfers people have sent me, platform down and unusable when I need it for client sending, just problem after problem after problem. No easy way to contact a human any more. I'm now in the process of looking at other solution. WeTransfer has just become too disruptive to operations to continue with.

Paid for a full year subscription to print editions (USD 99). Failed to receive a single print for more than 10 weeks. They failed to deliver the service and failed to properly address the situation. Appalling service and appalling level of customer service.

We tried to place ads using Ad Roll and were declined as too adult. We sell men's underwear that may show an exposed rear. Their own blog shows how succesful they were and gave an example to an online women's underwear to store "Lounge". We pointed out that "Lounge" website was full of photo's with exposed rear shots but were basicaly ignored.

Hotmail was easily negotiated. User friendly and a delight to use. Then some smarty pants came along and complicated the whole set up. Outlook was born! I have many issues with this present layout! Contacts not accessed. Many of my contacts have to be typed in. I can't tell what photographs were sent, Sending a simple letter is not simple. It goes to drafts.. Drafts need to be forwarded. I can't remove junk mail! When legitimate mail arrives in my junk folder, there is no way to correct that problem and forward it to on to my inbox with permanent recognition that that's where it should go! The whole system is complicated and is not user friendly. The old Hotmail setup was perfect for a casual user.. ON and on.... Problems persist! I have been with Microsoft for over a 15 years and each "advancement" is a minefield! To say the least... I'm not happy with the service that they offer... I have complained when they have sent me "how are we doing?" emails. My responses must have been lost in the ether... Most likely because they couldn't respond to me because the format was too difficult for them to reply back. By the way, their helpline is down.. Probably because some genius has messed that up too!!

What a mess it is totally chaotic . If there is a structure here I cannot work it out. You have no control about your learning experience. The previous Duolingo learning app was engaging and brilliant, this is dreadful. There is an old saying "if it ain't broke don't fix it."

Terrible company and customer service. You can't see what it does until you sign up and then I immediately requested a cancellation and refund because it wasn't what I wanted but you can't do that. So I'm out of money and it's a horrible app. Don't waste your money or time!!

I would like to shop through the Macy's and Bloomingdale's websites again, but my past experience reminds me to steer clear of them.I had made an order through an air miles online mall for clothes from Bloomingdale's, and it was a big order, so I was going to get a lot of miles. But then I got an email that said my order was canceled and to call their Customer Protection department. I spoke with someone who was hard to understand, and he said that the order had indeed been canceled but I could make the order again over the phone with him. I had never experienced this before, and in today's world of sophisticated scams, I got a bad feeling and said I didn't feel comfortable giving my credit card number to someone on the phone who may or may not actually be a Bloomindale's rep. I ended the call somewhat dramatically since I didn't know what was going on -- other companies don't conduct business this way.So I went back to the air miles site and found the exact same items at Macy's, not knowing they also own Bloomindale's, and guess what -- the same thing happened. I got an email that my order was canceled and that I need to call Customer Protection. I spoke with a different rep who was slightly easier to understand, and I figured since this is the only way I can get my stuff already, I gave my credit card number to the rep and finally completed the order. This meant, however, that I did not get any air miles, and I was really annoyed, because I would have gotten a lot.I don't understand this practice of acting like it's perfectly fine to make an order online, only to have it canceled, making you have to call a rep to place an order analog-style. Is this done to people who make large orders, and they're scared every large order is fraudulent? I realize retail has been hit hard by companies like Amazon, and that fraud is rampant online, but this system simply doesn't work. I never have to go through that with any other online retailer, and so I will shop elsewhere.

Larissa was soooo very helpful today during my visit to return an order. I don’t know the wonderful lady who was at the first checkout as you walk in but she was fantastic also!!! She was busy but she helped me right away to do my return. I then went to wemons clothing section and Larissa was concerned that I get what I was looking for!!! She redirected me to another area to look!! I found what I wanted immediately!! Both of them have Cutomer service skills I haven’t encountered in quite awhile!!!! Before Covid!!

Blocks my logins to my own app, can't get in touch with support when app blocks login, this is the second time I have not been able to get into my own account because lastpass vlocks my own login on my own computer. Then I have to log in with a SECOND lastpass app I have to get support for the first account, because they have support locked down. Just absolute bullshit. I'm switching passwod apps after this last go around with them.
