Get Response took a payment from me for a fully vetted and authorized email list then prior to sending any emails to them restricted my account, refusing to offer the service I paid for. And they would not refund the amount the charged us.

Customer service sucks beyond belief. First, they don't post the information I need to obtain a PIN to tranfer service. They pretend to, but the information posted says to click a link that DOESN'T EXIST. Then, they hung up on me my first call and never answered my second call. 35 minutes on hold to get nothing done is unacceptable.

We had an issue with our business cell phone that was purchased 8 months ago. Bought the protection plan sold as hassle free help if something happens to the phone. it has been nothing but a hassle and the issue still isn't resolved. Got charged $226 for a phone we didn't break (manufacturer glitch). went to the store but they can't help because it's an online Geek squad service. After they charged us they told us to go direct to the manufacturer. the plan did NOT help us at all. not worth the money.

Don't be tempted to buy from Agoda to save a few pounds. It's just nog worth it.I had an issue with a hotel I'd booked with them so the accommodation were happy tk give me a refund . I experienced what I can only describe as a severe case of deceptive business practices with my digital Daily Telegraph subscription. Initially subscribed at £29.00 last year, I was blindsided by an email informing me of an automatic renewal at an exorbitant £269.00—a nearly tenfold increase without my consent! When I attempted to cancel, their system conveniently provided no such option, trapping me in an unwelcome renewal. Today, I discovered a £269.00 charge on my credit card, confirming my worst suspicions of their scamming tactics. This is utterly reprehensible behavior from a company I've trusted for over a decade. They’ve definitely lost a long-time reader, and I urge others to beware of their unscrupulous practices

I’ve been a Spotify Premium user, but the black screen issue has pushed me to the limit. For months, I’ve been unable to access the app properly, and despite numerous complaints and reports from users, Spotify has failed to resolve the problem.What’s worse is their complete lack of transparency. Their "we are looking at it", "we will shortly be solving the problem". They don’t provide updates, temporary fixes, or any compensation for a service that’s clearly not being delivered as promised. I’m paying the same subscription fee as others, but I’m not getting the same service—it’s unfair and frustrating.Spotify’s silence and inaction feel like a slap in the face to their customers. It's all about money! Disappointing that a company of this size doesn’t seem to care about resolving issues for paying users. I cannot recommend Spotify to anyone until they address this problem and show they value their customers.
