During COVID... I was sent disgusting used Lacoste under shirts. The pack was supposed to come in 3 and there were only 2 in the package. One was a crew neck and one a vneck. They both had stains and reeked of Tide detergent. It was shipped from a Macy’s store and not directly from the vendor. The package they came in reeked of Tide detergent and was all busted up. They sent me someone’s return. I called customer service 3 times and the 3rd call I finally asked for a supervisor. I could barely understand the phone representatives. I was treated like a liar. I took photos and sent them to Macy’s. Macy’s was my go to spot for quality online shopping. They have really went down hill.

I contacted support via chat because I had an issue where my Dashlane personal account interfered with my Dashane business (VPN account was using the incorrect email). I tried to resolve the issue myself but was unsuccessful. Diogo was able to walk me through the address change process and was able to get past the issue keeping it from changing. Diogo is very patient and knowledgeable and got the issue resolved. This was a great experience and kudos to Diogo; he is a great asset to Dashlane.

I've never used Anthropologie before but a friend recommended them. I bought a fantastic quality jacket at an incredible price in the sale. Website navigation is a breeze, ordering is simple and straightforward and delivery was well within the timeframe quoted with great tracking information, can't fault them!
