I contacted support via chat because I had an issue where my Dashlane personal account interfered with my Dashane business (VPN account was using the incorrect email). I tried to resolve the issue myself but was unsuccessful. Diogo was able to walk me through the address change process and was able to get past the issue keeping it from changing. Diogo is very patient and knowledgeable and got the issue resolved. This was a great experience and kudos to Diogo; he is a great asset to Dashlane.
