I am writing this review with a sense of deep disappointment. I had the misfortune of dealing with Best Western Hotel's customer service, or rather, the lack thereof.My issue began with an innocent error, an incorrect reservation made due to a faulty Booking.com algorithm misdirection. I immediately called the hotel and rectified the mistake, expecting a swift resolution from Best Western. However, a series of ignored communications and a blatant disregard for my refund request followed.It is disheartening to see such a well-known establishment choose to hold onto a customer's payment, even when the error was not the customer's fault. The $150 that Best Western has chosen to retain may not seem significant to a large corporation, but it is a matter of principle and respect for the customer.The silence from Best Western's end speaks volumes about their approach to customer service. It is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. Instead, they seem to be more interested in holding onto a customer's hard-earned money.I am left with no choice but to voice my dissatisfaction publicly. I hope that potential customers will read this review and think twice before choosing Best Western. It is not just about the money, but the principle. No customer should be treated with such disregard.In conclusion, I am a patron that Best Western has permanently lost. I hope that my experience serves as a wake-up call for them to improve their customer service. Until then, I advise potential customers to tread carefully.

I have used this service for a couple of years and have just seen that they charge a premium rate for a text they send you for confirmation of a table booking. There is nothing in this text to say that you will be charged a premium rate to respond. I will be complaining to Ofcom

the worst company you can go to buy a big appliance. worst in product quality and even worse in customer service! I bought a Insignia massage massage chair late 2022, in Dec 2023, right after the warranty expired, the chair stopped working. That was where the real nightmare started: I had 15 phone calls (40 plus minutes each) to customer service, Geeksquard, and manufacturer, and 2 visits to local store. None of them claim to be responsible for taking a look at the chair (with me to pay for the service because my credit card company will pay for extended warrantee and requires manufacturer authorized diagnosis). All I asked was to look at the chair condition. I figured there is no service provided for INSIGNIA products, because it is BESTBUY OWN BRAND manufactured in CHINA. Other brands, even if BESTBUY ignored you, the manufacturer can still help you (acceptable if there is a charge ). The product that has definitely no service with or without pay is INSIGNIA. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rubbish! Who tests these pre-release? The ‘my news’ sections are now totally in-user friendly. It’s constantly pushing old or unwanted news stories to the top, and loads of scrolling needed to get to bits I want to see. What an absolute mess they have made of a former good app:(

I pre ordered a ride to the airport. Getting ready for ride to arrive and the ride is cancelled and Lyft shuts down my account. No way to reach anyone. Three weeks later and customer service gives no details why or offer anything for mistake. I won’t use them again.

HP: where you can buy an “Elite” $3k computer that doesn’t include basic services like WiFi. Massive inconvenience for a small business, and I know it’s my own fault for not inspecting the tech specs more carefully, but not including WiFi on a (damn expensive) computer in this modern age is like not including a toilet in a restroom.

So incredibly dissappointed with Crypto.com, I have Been and am still waiting since the 26th of December for a reply and help in verifying my account. Meanwhile the valuation of my Crypto has fallen by 20% while waiting. They finally replied and then left me on read for what has been two days. Way way below what I expect when it’s a question of one’s personal finances and quick reactions in the market.
