I played a lot of titles from this company, the last few years being Apex and Anthem. I can say with assurance that this is the worst company I have ever encountered 36 years of gaming.The people that run this company are a joke. When you used to be able to call for support, it was a long drawn out process to get help and they spoke broken English at best. Nowadays, take for instance, one of my weapon skins (each roughly 20$ came up missing. I've had it for years. It was just gone from my account. I emailed the company and they said they have no record of it which is a joke. How can a company have no record of that? They refused to listen and closed my case. So I contacted xbox and refunded all of my recent purchases since EA kept trying to blameshift it onto Xbox. I was refunded for my last 3 purchases. I logged onto the game today and they put negative 2000 coins on my account, so if I wanted to buy anything it would just take my money without giving me anything. Has anyone ever seen a game company make a negative balance as if you owe them anything? It's so scummy and terrible. They have no loyalty or consideration for the player and will never give you the benefit of the doubt. The games are good, but they ruin everyone of them. Read what they did to Anthrm or Titanfall.

I’m a very regular customer of Amazon and never had a problem over the past 5 yrs with weekly deliveries, until today.I received an email to say my order had been delivered. Nothing on my doormat. Nothing in the entrance area. Asked neighbours and no the had not seen it. Go back to email to see the driver said “left in porch”. No photo to indicate where it had been left as I don’t have a porch. Clearly it was left outside the building where anyone passing by or entering the building could steal it. If Amazon don’t refund I will stop buying, there are plenty of other options for home deliveries and if Amazon are unreliable I won’t risk losing more orders

I wish there was a 0 star. Had my third nest in 18 months. Latest issue was my nest just died. I had no heating and hot water. I was advised they can come in 5 days even when I advised I had two young children at home. I then arranged for someone to link hot water and heating directly to boiler in the interim. When nest came and replaced the unit, the engineer did not connect the nest back up properly after saying he did. Its been 2 weeks, 5 calls and 8 hours on call with no end result in sight. Nest are refusing to do anything despite me asking them. They are instead saying they will charge me £80. The guy today admitted today the last guy lied to me.Honestly nest is a scam and too unreliable. Will recommend people to stay away.

I have had to deal with Lego customer services a few times and each time it has been exemplary. Even though their products are expensive, at least you have peace of mind that if you do have an issue it will get resolved. I was surprised and impressed with their service: keep up the good work!

The paper is ok but the way they treat their customers is not. I reluctantly agreed to enter my credit card data for my subscription. After that it was not possible to withdraw them from the economist site.(Scary) To my surprise they withdrew 2700 Swedish crowns without any hands up. I contacted customer service and they promised to pay it back. Two weeks and nothing happened. Customer service again ( yes long wait ....) and they promised to pay it all back. This time they actually did. ( Notice: they describe in an article how Amazon Prime customers have a hellish process of cancelling their membership - i guess this is where they learned their tricks)

They used to be SO good! But it all went downhill when their developers started fiddling with the interface and ruined the user experience. It's now unnecessarily complicated with no option to disable unwanted extras. But the biggest issue for me is that I need a bigger screen resolution as my eyesight is not so good. The new Dropbox upgrade has rendered half my screen unusable so I am having to navigate folders and files in a tiny window. I spoke to their support team who apologised and said there's nothing they can do. They are passing my comments onto their developers, but since the developers are the ones who've gradually messed up the interface, I have no hope it will be resolved and am switching to iCloud. I've been a customer for over 10 years but they just lost my business.

It is great when it works, bit I tried to reactivate my subscription and after having to pay twice I still didn't get what I paid for. I tried contacting them but without a paid plan you cannot contact them and have to use the online chatbot, and when contacting them it says there is no agent available... Very bad company,but great when it works....

A big scam.I got scammed on Alibaba! I ordered items with specific details yet the supplier produced something completely different. All evidence show that I was completely deceived by the supplier.Alibaba has refused to help which leads me to believe they are in on the scam. They have ignored my rights as a buyer and supported the fraudulent supplier to keep both my money and the item. I have sent so much evidence and authorised them to read through the chat with the supplier.This is completely unacceptable. The so called Trade Assurance is isn’t even respected.Alibaba will always protect the scammers because they get a cut. Do not use the site if you’re not willing to lose money.

With reference to my below question this fradulant watsup group created this 43 defi mining pool has stolen my 5408.52 usdt from my trust walled. They pose before, as this amount is locked as pledged amount. On 19 february this amount released from locked and not withdrawable. First i need to deposit 10% of total ( my deposit and my mining pool yeild total=13521.30) which is 1352.13 into my trust wallet than my money will be released. in this regard one message also recieved in mining pool site message center that i need to deposit 1352.13 as fee to withdraw my principal and my daily yeild by mining,Kindly binance must help me to recover this amount which is stolen from trust wallet without my transfer action and my concent. This scam group still active on watsup and posting daily update about crypto news as binance staff. But group administrators are not responding on my messages for withdrawl.If they shifted this amount to any binance account kindly help me to recover this. I tried all possible ways to check authenticity of this group . but the phone ids who invested and getting huge returns always calm down my curiosity about the watsup group authenticity. even user posted the photos of their purchases they made out of their profits. on 28 january they announced in the group that binance is going to give air drop rewards to some lucky people in mining investment by randomely choosing. Today i got 30000 usdt air drop. but it says i have to deposit more 5000 usdt to claim this air drop money if i failed in coming 72 hours this reward will be transfered to some other luck user.Will Binance officials verify my quary about this group authenticity.As I Called most of the numbers shown as group member they are not in the group of dont know about the group.
