I should’nt even give one star

I should’nt even give one star. Although many of the IN store employees are nice. Their online service and app is terrible. I went to change the delivery address right after I place the order and I couldn’t. There is no where online to change the shipping address OR cancel the order. How can you not cancel an order? I have never heard of that before in my life. So upset and will try to never shop here again.
