Placed an order using a new discount code. They cancelled the order. I've spent ages on the phone with Customer services to get a new code, but they only sent me a code that does not work. Still trying, but really unimpressed.Despite more phone calls, and promises of a new discount code - nothing received. Is Farfetch a scammer and lying about discounts??Eventually Customer service did step up.

I've used xe.com for over 20 years now. Service has always been quick and efficient. Latest transfer executed quickly but value for money has deteriorated with poor signposting of the difference between the published rate and the rate actually used for my transfer. Check against other quotes!

It was nice at first to be able to pick up books from a variety of series that you could no longer acquire physical paperback copies of. But sadly that experience has died what with many of the book series I want to read coming up as "No longer available" yet still showing up in their search bar as though it is still listed on the site. Their help site has no way of contacting anyone but an AI, who while helpful on most issues, couldn't tell you if a certain series is removed for maintenance purposes or licensing reasons. Now I have a eReader with a load of books of series I will never be able to finish.

I generally like Expedia, but I booked a hotel that was completely cancellable, then I wanted to change it from 4 days to 3, but there were no rooms like the one I booked available. This makes no sense, the room I was booked in was available, just one day shorter, same ending date. The customer service agent couldn't get it fixed with the hotel, so he/she said no problem, pay for the hotel room, get the receipt, send the receipt into the Chat operator and expedia would refund the room for that one extra night since they couldn't resolve it. When I tried to do this, expedia tried to pass it back to the hotel, who justifiably wouldn't pay it, and expedia said absolutely no way could they give me the money back for that one night. They did NOT honor what their chat operator promised. I find that pretty low. I will be using other websites to book things as much as possible from now on, and I was a fairly frequent user.

Don’t buy from hernesme as she sells items she does not have. The site allows you to copy and repost from other sellers. Customer service was a joke and no assistance at all. Instead the provided articles to read to resolve the issue between seller and buyer. If the seller doesn’t have the product and refuses to communicate to provide a refund then they should be blocked from selling.

First on line purchase. Have tried reviewing on Uniqlo own site but does not seem possible. Ordered 4 linen shirts. Ordinarily would shop in a store but lockdown prevents. Order received very quickly but package was completely open. Courier did offer to take back but as everything there accepted but poor First impression. The shirts came in way too much packaging. Each had shirt stiffeners, plastic clips, plastic thing over buttons and plastic bag. Desperately poor for the environment and, as these were linen shirts stiffeners etc not necessary. Shirt quality and fit OK but if water gets on the plain shirts they leave bad unsightly water stains. Won't repeat purchase.

Stay away from Printful - it seems like it's not a real company. I have been selling on Amazon over 10 years and I was looking to move some production volume to Printul for made-to-order items. But after 3 weeks and numerous attempts to verify the account and orders, Printful managed to charge me but fulfilled ZERO orders. I recommend you go with a reputable manufacturer instead of trying out Printful.

UPDATE: order 131-95874904-8079458.Company has gone downhill. We placed a large online order from Zazzle. Days later, Zazzle cancelled our order without an explanation. We contacted customer service and they escalated our concerns to an internal department that was not available tp the public. After no response for over a week, we called back and was told that the order was cancelled accidentally on their part and that we could reorder with a 20% off our next online purchase. We stopped using Zazzle and have been more satisfied with the quality of Etsy products.

Have to edit my review: I subscribed the Times for one article. It is true that it is not possible to cancel your subscription in your account AND both phone number and fax no. are not available; HOWEVER, it was finally POSSIBLE to cancel my subscription in the live CHAT!After roundabout one hour 15 my cancellation was successful.Wouldn't reccommend it though, as cancellation is too difficult.
