8 unathorized charges were taking out of my bank account by Facebook. My bank conformed it is a Facebook scam. I contacted Facebook and they said it was Apple and to contact them. LOL. The charges were not taken by Apple so how can it be Apple? Facebook did not want to ask that question. Thankfully my bank reimbursed me all the money.

July 26 2024 my internet just went out. Tried all the reset crap 2 or 3 times. Called customer service and they sent out a technician. He said the line was broken and a new line had to be ran. After 3 no show scheduled times buried cable crew came out to bury a line that hasn’t even been laid yet. This happened 3 three different days. Finally a crew came out and ran and buried the line and left open on both ends for the technician to hook up. Two day later still nobody showed up. Every time you call and schedule a technician he never showed up. Come to find out the buried cable contractor never turned the finished ticket in. Called and scheduled a time again yesterday 8/19/24 again a no show. Called again first thing this morning and technician is supposed to show again today 8/20/24 we will see if they show today.

I was signed up for a yearly commitment at more than $30 a month when I only wanted to use the service for one small project. When I attempted to cancel, they threatened to charge me more, even though I had already been charged. Less than 24 hours had elapsed since the forced renewal. Their website makes it impossible to cancel and you have to call or use their chat.

In September I signed in for a trial and ended up having signed an annual subscription for 30 Euro each month. In order to cancel you have to pay an early release of contract for another 30 Euros.No contact to support - request text size is 400 char. This way of doing business should not be allowed in Europe. Do not sign any contract by leaving your payment details.

Terrible company, they mislead you into subscribing to a subscription service with a free trial and then refuse to refund you fully once payment is taken. I was completely unaware that I had signed up for this and it’s very clear this is a purposeful strategy to drive up revenue for their company by exploiting their customers
