Such a terrible company. I ordered a 3k$ gaming computer for my 14 year olds Christmas present on Black Friday. Was promised delivery by Christmas. Called on the expected ship date and was told it was on track for on time delivery. Called every day after and was promised multiple times that it would be on time. Now on the evening of the 18th of December I get an email saying my order is delayed to the 25 of January! Now the only comparable computer I can find that will make it on time costs me 1000 more! Had they simply notified me in time I could have made other plans. There is no excuse! I called multiple times after the email to see if I could change the order to leave out whatever part was back ordered so that it could be in time. They could not help me with that, so I asked for a manager. Every time they tried to transfer me to a manager I got “accidentally” hung up on. Finally after 4 tries I was told the manager was busy and would call me back. I am very sure I will never hear from them. I canceled my order and will never ever consider any dell product again.

Terrible… they are promoting a petition that is causing harassment and bullying my family and worse my children. I wrote in several times today and did not hear back from anyone and of course no phone number for customer service. As I type this my daughter is receiving harassing text messages . I have already sent the petition to my attorney for defamation of character on an innocent man and family!!!if I could give you 0 stars I would! Shame on you! Update- they did not help me… asked me to get a court order showing bullying and harrassment!!!! What a joke!

In order to access my balance, etc on line is to email my photo ID to some call center. Apparently this is the only way they have to verify your phone number even though they have your name, address and SS#. I closed my account as I will not send my photo ID to anyone in any country for any reason.

Yet another crappy platform.Send you an email that tells you to change your password just because some rando used the "sign in with a one time link" option in their app with your email address. Guess what - the email addresses of people who aren't hermits are often widely known.If you try to ask them what the hell they are thinking - there's no option to contact them.
