I was mostly happy with music stickers I had purchased last year (they looked good though a year later the color is fading faster than other waterproof stickers I have) but I still used them to purchase more stickers for my son’s birthday party as favors, as they have things that are difficult to find. I bought waterproof Minecraft cat stickers, I ordered in plenty of time but they were late and so I missed using them for his party. They are tiny (I didn’t realize the 2x3” size was for 8 cat stickers total, not individually) and so pixelated, you barely tell what they are. I paid $20 for 4 sets of stickers. I have no way to reach any sort of customer service, I have tried several different ways. Idk if there is customer service, the “bot” just keeps sending me info on things that do not help and telling me there are no returns. Not cool.

Soooo frustrating. My main use for the computer aside from Google internet searches is for storing and editing my photos. I never asked for One Drive and find it so confusing. I tried not to use it but it seems to sneak on back hijacking everything. I didn't want Windows 11 either and nothing but problems since it accidentally downloaded after popping up in the middle of everything I did. Windows 11 also caused my daughter's old computer to crash and needing to be replaced. I used to love windows a decade ago but each new windows means more frustration and irritation. The photo editing facility is not as good as before. My workplace uses Google Chromebooks and I now find this easier than microsoft. Time to switch I think.

I WOULD NOT LEAVE A 1 STAR REVIEW IF IT WAS POSSIBLE. After 8 trouble-free years with HP products, I decided to stick with them when upgrading. Unfortunately, I bought an HP printer before a laptop, allowing me to experience their terrible customer service. My printer was faulty, and I couldn't get past first-line technical support to return it, despite having all the packaging. Hours of chats with different agents led to a fruitless attempt to file an official complaint. I was given a tech support number, but due to my speech impediment, I explained that I cannot speak clearly on the phone. They refused to let me message with a supervisor and repeated the same unsuccessful fixes. Seeking help on forums, I found many people facing the same issues. My A3 Officejet Pro 9720e printer jams, prints partial documents, bleeds ink, and fails to recognize paper types despite settings. The Wi-Fi connection also doesn't work, though my other devices connect fine. Needing this printer for my new design business, I'm now £180 out of pocket with a useless product. I will never buy HP again, and would never recommend their products. FURTHERMORE - The email with a link they sent saying they were "looking forward to my review" will not let me post as it mentions how bad the customer service is, so I have to post on here.

I just came to trust pilot to check alternatives for patreon as they do not allow people to sell products but only month packages.And I saw everyone (BMC or GUROAD) have awful reviews so I went to see what reviews Patreon has. I couldn't believe my eyes. I have been a creator on patreon with 3 different accounts and all 3 got verified in matter of days. Never had any issue to contact support. Honestly I have tried buymeacoffee and they just decided to take my money and refund it all without any explanation except 'we are small comapny if anyone of our big partners wants us to cancell you we have to do it' literally those words. But patreon never had done anything wrong for me. You are getting this from the first hand.

Worst experience ever from customer service after I bought a new computer from Lenovo.com. After approximately 8 months my computer broke down. To keep it short; after their technical support looked at the computer and realised that they could not repair it (which took 2 weeks to find out) they sent me to the customer service. The customer service took another week to reply to me that they could refund my money AFTER I sent the computer back to them (which can take 2-3 more weeks!) and then, could give me a full refund. This means at least 1,5 months without my worktool and therefore also without an income for me! and this is still in process. All I want (and expect) as a customer is to replace it with a new computer (same model) as soon as possible! That is the least they can do for a customer! I want to warn you all that Lenovos customer service is not as I expected. I even bought the computer with a Premium Care Service addition!! but without any better results for that extra money spent!Do not buy computers from Lenovo, they do not take their customers seriously!! I have been waiting almost three weeks for them to replace this broken computer to a new one without any success! And who is going to compensate all the income that I lost during these three weeks? I just wanted to give you my experience so you can be aware of this before buying a computer from Lenovo.Thank you!

Insanely bad experience. Zero stars. Have been trying to resolve an issue with a Lenovo Yoga for two months. Repeatedly asked during calls to "Premium Care" to stay on the phone forever for the purpose of "diagnosing" the issue, to no avail. Finally was granted permission to send the machine to the Lenovo Depot after several hours of phone time and two different attempts at phone resolutions. None of the repairs were completed. The computer was sent back in its identical state. This is an infuriating experience. I strongly feel that this company has created an alleged service ("Premium Care") that puts all of the work and labor on the consumer to doggedly pursue resolution to the point of giving up, and has not actually resolved even one of the technical issues with my machine.

Have experienced battery problems from the start. I leave my laptop plugged in. It will regularly start losing battery power. My son told to unplug it for a while and then plug back in. It has done this from the beginning. After I plug back in it works for a while.

Just spoken to someone from their fraud department. I'd locked my card to stop anymore attempts to take money from my account. They are investigating the transaction and if their findings are correct the money they took will be refunded to my card. Most helpful person I've spoken to in months. Today I've checked both amounts have been credited back to my balance. Definitely the best service I've encountered from anyone. Very helpful and thank you capital one helping me out of this situation.
