Just spoken to someone from their fraud department. I'd locked my card to stop anymore attempts to take money from my account. They are investigating the transaction and if their findings are correct the money they took will be refunded to my card. Most helpful person I've spoken to in months. Today I've checked both amounts have been credited back to my balance. Definitely the best service I've encountered from anyone. Very helpful and thank you capital one helping me out of this situation.
