Terrible online service.

Terrible online service.Considering how large and international UNIQLO is, it's shocking how much they have ignored improving and upgrading their online services - especially the return system.The customer should not have to PRINT their own "packing slip" AND postage label. Some Hermes local drop-off points offer label-printing - this was not communicated at all in the return process.I returned an online purchase 3.5 weeks ago - still no reply to my emails nor any refund. Literally, ZERO customer service available online.Don't recommend ordering online at all.

Microsoft Support is anything but...

I have had a nightmare trying to get my HP printer to work with my HP Envy laptop. On the 15.09.24 I contacted Microsoft support seeking help to fix the issue. I spent 5/6 hours following an array of Trouble shooting advice and still I am unable to say that Microsoft not only did not help me but none my problems have been resolved. I contacted Support again on 20.09.24 seeking help with with the same issue. After 20 minutes I had to end the session with nothing fixed and no progress made. The second experience no better than the first. Person kept using computer jargon and language I do not understand. Then requested that I submit a form so he could take control of my computer. Having submitted the form once He messaged saying that he needs my consent to gain access so I had to repeat the process. I simply gave up and had to end the session because I am simply exhausted. Then they have the nerve to send one of those standard performance forms about How they performed. Waste of my time.

Christian school doesn’t approve

As the Principal of a private school I can assure you that we will not be renewing our service with Duo Lingo once our term expires. After the new update Duo has started pushing a liberal agenda featuring homosexuality. This was brought to the school’s attention by a parent. The school’s Spanish Teacher confirmed this to be true. We know that homosexuals exist but this agenda being pushed on kids under fifth grade needs to stop. Why doesn’t Duo have a section on going to church and accepting Christ as his savior? You would not add this because someone would find it offensive. As a Christian school we find it offensive. It needs to stop and be removed from the content. Number 2 why did Duo remove the listening and speaking section with the update. Bring this back pleaser

Quick response with a message - and a ticket number, then numerous emails reassuring me Bitdefender was on my case. It was a TMobile issue, though. And McAfee had loaded themselves on my computer - I found how to uninstall them, on Reddit - so I have to say - starting with Bitdefender, I had excellent service.

Do not give tunein your credit card.

Emailed support to cancel. Support confirmed cancellation. Received email saying I was about to be charged if I didn't cancel, so I emailed support again.Support team confirmed I was cancelled. Days later I was charged $9.99. Beware of this company and do not give them your credit card.

I was trying to deploy my React.js site on Vercel using the domain tảivideofacebook.com, but it gave an error saying the domain is invalid. Later, I found out that special characters aren't supported directly, and I had to use the punycode version of the domain. It would be helpful if Vercel made this more clear in their error message.

Opera - you are great!

For 17 years I was a fan of Firefox, but, as everyone has already noticed, it began to degrade, and therefore I am looking for an alternative to Firefox. The Opera I liked the most of the whole selection of browsers. I've been watching its for years. The Opera has noticeably improved itself, has become a noticeable character in the world of the Internet. The main thing is why I had not switched to Opera before - this is that it seemed to me crude, not fundamental, not an elaborate program. Now it's even better than Firefox in some ways, but not in all. Currently I use 70% Firefox and about 20% Opera. If Firefox continues to degrade, then I will completely switch to the Opera. I'm glad there is such an alternative.

Thieves, liars, wastes of time. If you're female they delete your account once you're over 26 years

Owes me $3.70. Won't let you redeem for less than $5. Will make you do complete surveys then say you aren't qualified to do the survey you already completed. This happened around 50 times straight over the course of months. Brought this up to their support email and they then obviously flagged my account because new surveys I was invited to then automatically said I wasn't qualified when I opened them. Eventually I stopped receiving new survey opportunities altogether so I was obviously unable to earn the measly $1.30 required to be able to redeem the money they STILL owe me. Lied to my face for months via email when in reality they decided they no longer wanted to pay me for quite literally no reason at all. The second latest response I received was, and I quote, "We have been reviewing our clients’ research requirements and, unfortunately, your member profile is no longer suitable for our needs. Consequently, your account was terminated, and no other survey invitations have been sent to you. Please also note that we reserve the right to cancel a membership without warning or having to justify the decision afterwards, according to our terms and conditions, which you agreed to when you joined our panel. This decision was made for market research purposes only, and we’re sorry if it caused you any inconvenience." AKA "you turned old and we don't care about stealing from women over 26 because they don't matter". The last email last response was a direct contradiction to what they already told me, where they now claim "Your account was deactivated due to a lack of action within the given timeframe. This resulted in the forfeiture of your points, a consequence we deeply regret had to occur." That's a flat out lie, since I logged into my account to check my balance last week, and my balance is 370 points. They can't even keep their own story straight.I've been speaking to their support email for months, and they have done nothing except blow me off, which is why I'm now publicly shaming them and warning others. In short, Ipsos Isay wasted months of my time, lied to my face about it, STOLE MY MONEY, then deleted my account because I aged out of the demographic they care about. Give me the money you owe me, you. absolute. scumbags. Your salaries are being paid by stealing from the poor. Karma is coming for you.
